  Je pense Ă ce que sera le chantier demain. La rationalisation Ă©conomique est venue sâimplanter dans notre combat. Cela veut dire triplĂ© la vitesse du chantiers, triplĂ© les Ă©tudes, triplĂ©s les meusures de sĂ©curitĂ©, triplĂ© la venue des camions, triplĂ© la production dâĂ©lĂ©ments.. triplĂ©, toujours triplĂ©.
   Nous nâaurons de notre cĂŽtĂ© plus le temps de penser. Le rythme Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ pour nous rapide, il le sera davantage demain. Dois-t-on ainsi triplĂ© notre nombre dâheure dĂ©jĂ au maximum?   JugĂ© du travail fait câest ce que les managers font pour nous. Sans aucune connaissance technique câest eux qui considĂ©re que le rapport cadre/ouvrier est trop Ă©lĂ©vĂ©. Câest bien nous qui sommes trop lent, peu suffisament efficace. La haute gĂ©re les ressources humaines commes des petits sucre, au mĂȘme titre, que les petits sucres que broyent Jean Louis Borloo en France.
  Câest donc bien nous les cadres qui sommes trop peu efficace vis Ă vis des ouvriers: inversion dâun grand mythe? Encore hier, en me prĂ©sentant comme architecte sur une application mobile permettant de trouver lâame soeur, je prenais en retour ĂȘtre plutĂŽt un maitre de lâesclavagisme. Pourtant Ă cette Ă©poque je pronais moi aussi le fait de devoir doublĂ© le nombre dâouvrier, mais.. pas vraiment pour les mĂȘmes raisons. Pour moi, les ouvriers Ă©taient bien trop chargĂ© et effectuĂ© des erreurs dĂč Ă cette surcharge pouvant mettre en pĂ©ril la propre sĂ©curitĂ© de lâensemble du chantier, du projet et des idĂ©ologies de ses dirigeant. Câest ce mythe que lâon entend souvent, lâouvrier enchainĂ©. Mais peut-ĂȘtre que nous avons ici son inverse? Ou serions bien trop, nous personnellement, mauvais? Incapable? Allons nous dĂ©sormais craquer, ĂȘtre virĂ©?
  Jâaurais bien mon triplement dâeffectif, mais sans avoir compris les effets rebonds qui crĂ©eront sur ma propre personne. LâidĂ©e nâĂ©tait pas de triplĂ© lâeffectif pour triplĂ© la vitesse de chantier, mais triplĂ© pour la qualitĂ© bati, tout en prĂ©sĂ©rvant le bien-ĂȘtre de ses divers acteurs.
  Câest Ă travers les rĂ©unions de la haute que lâon peut comprendre ce quâil peut se passer. Il paraitrait que la raison dâune telle nouvelle rapiditĂ© sur le chantier dĂ©coulerait de sa propre et actuel lenteur. Ce rapport aux temps nous renvoie donc Ă monsieur le planner, ou plutĂŽt monsieur le planning (le planner nâexecutant/coordonnes seulement les ordres temporel que lâon lui donne.) LâĂ©chĂ©ance arrive Ă court terme et le retard se fait ressentir.
  Le triplement dâeffectif nâest pas effectif sur lâensemble des cĆurs de mĂ©tiers. Il viendera se greffer uniquemment Ă la partie gros oeuvres. Dans les techniques câest le fluide qui pronent. Dans leur petite botie temoraire (construite pour Ă©viter que le bĂ©ton mouillĂ© frole la tĂŽle des milliers de tubes qui se dressent) les fourmies sont actives, câest vrai.
  Crains-t-on Ă©galement leur ennuie, ce qui serait lĂ©gitime? As-t-on pensĂ© que le gros Ćuvre devrait aller aux rythme des fourmis?

  Mais allons faire un tour du cĂŽtĂ© des ingĂ© en technique.. En surface ils semblent sur de eux, mais lorsque tu entres dans leur plus profonde intimitĂ© câest lâangoisse qui surgit. La crainte est tout aussi forte et le temps manque tout autant que par chez nous, les âgrands fousâ. Impossible de calmer la frĂ©nĂ©sie qui les sĂ©vit aussi. Eux ont dĂ©jĂ le rythme quâil faudrait, quoi quâil en coute. Peut-ĂȘtre quâelle est dĂ©jĂ dans cette forme incensĂ© et impossible Ă tenire. A quoi pense t-elle ce week-end? A ces 100 nouveaux percement Ă executer dĂšs demain, tout en imaginant une mĂ©thodologie houleuse, foireuses?
  Sont-ils dĂ©sormais des sur-hommes? Prennent-ils de la cocaine? Comment font-ils pour terasser le cadre bati de gaine Ă une telle vitesse? La complexitĂ© de leur fonction est-elle vraiment la mĂȘme que nous? La cocaĂŻne serait-elle ma solution pour ne pas tomber dans le cachot des ratĂ©s, rayĂ© de la liste des admis sur site?
emotional vs rational
I often hear people express the idea that the rational process of thinking and the emotional process of feeling are separate or should be separate. Phrases like... Emotions cloud your mind, you are too emotional to think clearly right now, and the infamous "facts don't care about your feelings" all come from a similar place. I think pitting emotion and thought against each other makes little sense because thought and emotion are part of one and the same process. To put it simply, thought is a mental process that aims to make a true statement about the world, emotion is a reaction in our bodies to a (conscious, semi-conscious, subconscious) thought that tells us how we evaluate a statement as it pertains to our well-being. Fear? Something is perceived as a threat to our well-being. Happiness? Something is perceived to be of great value to our well-being. Sadness? Something of value to our well-being is perceived to have been lost. We need emotion to navigate the world. Without emotion, life would be meaningless. We aren't thinking machines and never will be. Often, emotions, our own and others', belong to the facts of a situation, no matter if the thought they are a reaction to is true or not. Emotions can lead us to less conscious thoughts and bring them to light. I get it -Â it is nice to perceive ourselves as rational, neutral observers completely disconnected from the world. It creates the illusion that we are way less vulnerable than we actually are. Being emotionally numb is a method of protection, it shields us from the fact that we do and need to care. If we want to perceive ourselves, others, and the world more clearly, I believe we will benefit immensely by considering our emotions. And as long as we live, i.e. have something to lose when it comes to our well-being and life itself, we will continue to feel. Emotions are so vibrant, they light up the whole world with significance, with meaning. I hope we who live in emotionally dysfunctional cultures realize this and embrace our rational minds and emotional bodies as a whole.
