BEFORE READING THIS: Tw for mentions of/implied abuse, injury, manipulation, fire, generally negative mindset (fuck Mina’s dad he can swim in an active volcano) I do not support these things in the slightest (I’ve said in another post talking about that I believe in the “who is Mina” link in my new intro post) people can write things and not be in support of them please I beg of you,,, (a lot of what Mina’s gone through I’ve gone through for forks sake they’re my comfort character Because I relate to them,, which is a little concerning but we stay silly)

Okay so starting off, Mina, lil’ smol child Mina, probably 1-3yrs old I’d say, lived with their mom (Cora She/Her) and evil man I mean their father (Casimir He/Him)

Fire burns their house down (hey guys totally unrelated fire craft (as in magic Yes the rp began at the peak of my + my friends isat fixation) does exist in this world wink wink huh??) after Cora tries to escape with Mina, she doesn’t survive and Casimir begrudgingly takes Mina in (who was Not supposed to survive either,,,, what no he didn’t start that fire what makes you say that)

They move (obviously) to another area, I won’t get into details obviously but he’s horrible in general to Mina, they’re sheltered majority of their life. Once they’re late teens (haven’t decided exact age yet) they’re allowed to go into town on occasion, but that’s it. No other exposure to the world basically, at all. They meet Brielle/Brinette (She/they) at a festival, and things kick off from there

They’re friends for a little while, Brielle’s been suspecting their home life isn’t great (and she’s right to suspect that) and one day she meets Casimir, Mina isn’t there to see it but Brielle’s not happy with him and confronts him. He’s already hated her for basically, “Making” Mina be comfortable with the outside world, teaching them things, talking bad about him, etc.

Go to Mina being 21-22, oh would you look at that the VILLAGE is on fire, I WONDER WHY!!!!! Brielle doesn’t make it. (Again I won’t go into details with these things because I will ramble too long and I want people to ask things~ so everyone is free to ask if there’s details/stories from certain times/characters, etc.) —Mina barely makes it out where Casimir tells them that “This is what happens” and to remember this moment. He tells them to “get stronger” and once they are they’ll meet again. He leaves, and Mina leaves too. Keep in mind—this is Mina’s first time out in the real world basically. No experience, no money, basically nothing. With the vague quest “get stronger”

They travel for a year, until they meet Flicker (They/them. *THIS CHARACTER IS NOT MINE!! THIS IS MY FRIEND’S! THEREFORE I WONT ANSWER BACKGROUND INVOLVING THEM UNRELATED TO MINA FOR THEIR PRIVACY*) who is on their own quest

Things happen, they travel together, their goal to get to Flammania (Flicker’s home) for Flick to complete thingies and things (not saying as it doesn’t involve Mina tooooo much rn and it’s mainly about Flick so, friend’s privacy shall be respected!)

Success! Yippeee!!! But.. Mina, they haven’t done what they need to do they haven’t- gotten stronger- have they? They..Have been traveling for awhile now.. and they love Flick! (They’re partners now btw :D) they’ve been the strongest they’ve ever been right now. They live with them, they actually Have money- Flick’s amazing and a general to Fork clan (Yes all clans are silverware based, if you’ve ever heard me use “Fork” in place of God or the fuck, it’s because of the rp) -so maybe they can tell Casimir, yeah!

Show him how much stronger they’ve gotten, that they’re stronger With Flicker. They were supposed to do this by themselves yeah but- look at them! This is better- if they can just, Convince him and Show him how this is Good, maybe they can finally Be Good and everything will just. Be ok. Right?

So, they travel! They travel again. After receiving a letter (they haven’t received anything or talked to him since That Day, how did he know where they are-?) and look back through their journal, they’re able to trace back their steps in hopes to find Casimir

Then they find out where he is- they’re happy! They’re ecstatic!!! “This is It! You’re going to see him and everything’s going to be Okay Again!!!! Everything is great and perfect and!!!!!!” Etc. Flick has been, suspecting that their dad (pretty clearly) was, Horrible to them. And seeing them like this understandably worried them- but nonetheless…

They meet him. Mina starts talking and again, won’t get into too much details, but not great things. He shuts them down. Of Course he would. They Failed, they didn’t Get Strong! They disobeyed him, somehow Forgot despite them constantly reminding themself, even if that be painfully- and they didn’t do it alone. Why Would he allow this? So, he shuts them down. The grip from his hand hurts their shoulder enough it knocks them down and he and Flicker fight, Mina stops it, and in turn their arm get severely injured- he leaves, and that’s that

They go to a hospital for a week, it should be much longer but they waned to leave as soon as possible. Their right arm is barely usable, permanently. (Also I’m realizing I totally started writing through Mina’s perspective I don’t ACTUALLY THINK IT MAKES SENSE CASIMIR ACTED THAT WAY I got into writing too much. I’m going to return to not saying much and just going from point A to point B)

Eventually they return home, things are cool and fine. Mhm mhm mhm

Lots of things happen! Around this time we started exploring other side characters and playing through their povs as well, so this area was a lot slower for progression

Casimir is eventually caught, long story short he’s sentenced for death for many things he’s done, and Mina dissociates Badly. (One thing they have that was Directly thrown on from me is dissociative disorder, yayyyyy,,,,, /s)

More things happen, lots more, including semi-adopting a kid (as in being her parent but not being able to have her life with them and Flick for reasons I’m about to say) (also this kid being adopted was a complete last second spur of the moment thing between my friend and I and now it’s a Huge part of their character :>)

More things, until up to where we are now: About to travel, for a Huge Quest that’s 99% made by my friend, which means 1.) I don’t have al the info 2.) I’m not going to talk about it and 3.) it hasn’t happened yet.

OH MY GOODNESS THIS TOOK ME AGES TO WRITE!!! Important details:

•There are MANY other things that happened with Mina that were not included. But the goal was not to get into detail, the goal was to give a timeline of big things SPECIFIC to Mina that happened. Meaning important things WITHIN the big things weren’t mentioned.

•ALL OTHER CHARACTERS INVOLVED ALSO HAVE STORY BACKSTOY MOTIVES ETC. AND YOURE FREE TO ASK ABOUT THAT TOO! I fully develop each and every one of my lovely characters :3

•A lot of things Also happened that ate important to the story, but 1.) Was made mainly by my friend, 2.) Wasn’t Specific to Mina, and 3.) Would’ve taken too long to include. So I just wrote “other things”. You’re free to ask about literally anything here And some

•I SWEAR HAPPY THINGS HAPPENED TOO BUT YOU ASKED ABOUT THE TRAUMA IM GIVING A TIMELINE!!

Now with all that being said. You’re free to ask about Mina from what I’ve written here, but there’s also a lot outside of that, so really, get creative :3
