Kagor is a mercenary and a wanted criminal in some parts of the Alpha quadrant (including Cardassia) (don’t ask me how is he still not under arrest or dead. I don’t have the power to explain it yet🫩)

Though he did work as a hired killer in the past, he switched to a calmer way of life and mostly does smuggling now.

Raja Vorrin is a police/security officer who is after Kagor for mostly personal reasons. Unfortunately for him the cardie knows how to deal with persistent men and always manages to escape.

Even more unfortunately for Raja is that he soon realizes that Kagor has formed some strong feelings for him and is now trying almost everything to get and keep this officer’s attention.
