WTF is wrong with my knee.
Also forgot to mention my radiculitis came back like a week and a half ago so is probably never going away I guess. It's been like 9 months now.
Not even my eyebrows made it through today
The proper term is lumbar "radiculitis" - inflamed nerve root, due to compression from my stupid bulging disc.
Mal is right. I'm going to go back to full protocol, (maybe I had slipped up on it a little after I THOUGHT I COULD FINALLY LIVE NORMALLY AGAIN). And just 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 it works.
You know what seemed to work last time, after six months of this protocol did nothing? The fucking paragard insertion fiasco. My PT agreed that whacked out hormones+insane bloating (and maybe a insane amounts of Advil) could very well have been just what my spine needed, because it prevented me from bending over or bearing down...
