iron heights was designed to be one of the most maximally secured prisons in the northwestern region of america - equipped with not only highly trained personnel, but also modified cells to accommodate the metahumans that were captured by the flash and his team in the past. the place is thought to be an impenetrable fortress.
with the tech CADMUS procured from Palmer Tech and the combined heads of their scientists hailing from earth-38, a universe already ahead in technology than others, creating a faux prison break and a mass escape of many prisoners, both human and meta alike, to escape and infiltrate the cities they both had previously terrorized.
while project CADMUS intends to round up the metas they’ve let out, lillian luthor is keen on sitting back and watching the mass terror that will break out when the civilians learn of the mass escape of some of the most dangerous criminals from iron heights. soon, they will begin setting point to include metahumans into their test trials. as of now, an occult poison spreads into the cities as both the crime rate and the number of accidents and injured civilians are on the rise.
