I had an idea for worldbuilding a TTRPG and, even though my house is full of manuals, they are all in English and I already struggle to follow manuals in Spanish, so I don't feel like facing DnD adventures in English.
Boyfriend gave me a kickstarter project for a TTRPG that is easy to read (the whole conception is that people who struggle to read can follow, lectura fácil in Spanish) and I decided to start there and see what I can do, even though it is very simple.
It actually makes me emotional to read it because it includes the very basics of TTRPG, such as "Things you need: this book, a few hours of free time, a place to meet, a 20-sided die, something for taking notes, a character profile, a character worksheet, an open mind. / It's also nice to have: a quiet room, snacks and drinks, some music in the background".
It is obvious. Anyone who has ever played had thought of "a place to meet, a quiet room and some hours of free time". But still, here it is, written in case you didn't think of it. I love it.
