A Bad-Endingified version of @acevity’s Quasar, who very much does not look like this but has a story that translated well into Bad Ending.

QUASAR (homoforme) was a mortally wounded person with important intel. They were nootically linked into a neuron salvaging computer using a typically fatal method. Unexpectedly, the body didn’t die, and was beginning to grow into the nutrient-rich bus.

Instead of being dispatched after intel recovery, QUASAR was given stable life support and survives. Most of vital and cognitive telemetry comes from the new biomass inside the computer, but some still comes from the homoforme. It may be load bearing in some way.
