I was super transparent with my bosses about my current depression, how it's related to hormone sensitivity, and I might need to call out tomorrow and they were just concerned and supportive. They just straight asked if I needed next week off. They didn't try to guilt me about my mental health or anything. They said nice things about me and asked if I need anything.

I legitimately hope everyone finds people like this to work for.
