inner system love is healing
A big part of me wants to share more about having did and what it’s been like on a more personal level, ditch the paranoia and just go for sharing, but it’s odd how much fear of the unknown, of judgement can paralyze.
It’s hard for me to talk about myself and my parts without some direct ask from someone I’m close to or a therapist, but I’m interested in sharing my story and what it’s been like.

pain interferes so much with our internal communication. it isn’t something we see talked about often so we wanted to bring it up.
we’ve had a long history with chronic migraines and tension headaches in addition to some other currently undiagnosed neurological pain issues. had an occipital neuralgia diagnosis but currently waiting on more testing bc there’s More to it lmao.
for a while we thought it was solely amnesic barriers causing issues but as we’ve grown to understand our system and body better we realized pain is actually a large barrier for us.
attempted internal communication can cause pain for us but pain itself also can interfere with those attempts at communicating. we are also AuDHD so our brain can become overstimulating for us at times. especially when too many people are trying to voice something at once.
there’s a lot more to this but this is a decent start ig.
