One issue I ran into with races and competitions in the past was the time and day. I have a very busy schedule and with Battle Miles, along with other virtual races, I get to choose when and where I want to have my race!
Compete Against Others
Once you complete your race, upload your results from one of the approved fitness apps and your finisher medal is sent right to your door. See where you are at against other competitors on the leaderboard and race your way to the top!
If you place first for the month in a specific race, then you are sent a 1st place gold medal in addition to your finisher medal 🙂

Day 3 done!!! That means in 3 days I have done 300 pushups. WTF!!!! I never thought I would do 100 in a month let alone 300 in 3 days. They are definitely getting easier, my arms are feeling less wobbly and I’m actually excited to see where I’m at in 30 days!!!

Pushup Challenge
Ok so im supposed to do 100 pushups a day for a month. I have baby arms so im gonna shoot for lets say 20 a day thats 140 a week. If i get stronger ill do more and maybe work up to 100 a day but im not trying to kill my arms.
Im also gonna go back and do make up pushups for yesterday since i just found out about it today
Halfway through the challenge: 1500 pushups in 15 days
I decided to try the 30 day 100 pushup challenge. I’m halfway through and feeling good. My max is 40 (reached 50 one day). Started at 25x4. But every bit counts.
About a week in, I added 100 crunches per day. A couple of days ago, I added 100 dumbbell curls. I will say the curls will probably need to be every 2-3 days. Not bad for 46 years old.
Lesson of the day
Do NOT try to do the pushup challenge AFTER going to the gym.
