Is this publishing contract okay?

I was interested in this publishing opportunity that had the following contract. It looks fine to me as I know nothing about anything. I'm not someone that aspires to be a published author but I wouldn't want to regret something five years down the line either.
XYZ (Name redacted) PublishingĀ is offering US$0.20 per word on acceptance for the non-exclusive right** to publish the work from each chosen contributor. Of course, you retain the copyright to your work while we retain the copyright of the anthology as a collection of poems/spoken words.Ā We will also mail two free copies of the anthology to each contributor when itās published and offer a 40% discount on more copies.
We only need these two things (poetry/spokenĀ word and bio) in order to narrow down the many submissions weāre already receiving for this project. You may submit reprinted work, past, current and future performed work and new and/or unseen work. If your work is caught up in contracts, please ensure thatĀ you are free to contribute to our anthology. We do not want to get sued by any publication, recording studio or company that bought your work.Ā PleaseĀ proofread your work carefullyĀ beforeĀ youĀ submit it. It is not possible to make revisions while itās being considered.
