More Eat God (currently on Kickstarter and available to playtest) characters, which I did not randomly generate this time, I started with an Art and said "given this Looney Tunes power, what traits could I custom-build around this that would be fun to play," you know, like in a normal game. (And then swapped one of them out for a better power after I collected traits, but anyway...) Now with character portraits!
Bell is an image-conscious artist who likes things just so and is constantly in your business. They use their sculpting ability and ever-ready paintbrush to modify the world as needed before rummaging through it like a toybox with their many hands. Or, if strapped for time, they'll just chameleon-hide against the wall.
Daisy is jumpy and protective of zer friends, but the life of the party and a punk rock attitude in the right circumstances. Ze's a sonic triple threat: super-hearing, alarm blast, and mimicking sounds... or anything else about someone or something if ze really works at it...
The Natural ("Nat") is an intrepid explorer! It has a detached perspective on the world and a treasure hunter's grabby flippers, but it would like to show you the world too. And it can go anywhere. Underwater. Underground. On the ceiling. Through blizzards. Out of prisons. No environment slows it down. It's kinda... gooey, but no one's perfect.
Libby is half the size of most God-eaters and ten times the attitude, with strong feelings on personal space and a tendency to think of themself as a solo act (since they've already gotten the job done, thanks). They have enormous strength, can shoot painful quills from that fancy neck ruff, and stress rolls off of them like water off a... ahem. Yes.
Stats after the jump.

General notes on building things: It's gotten a lot easier to come up with trait expressions. I really struggled with them at first and now they're relatively straightforward. They still take effort, but they're doable now, and I can throw out more than one idea and they're all ideas within the right kind of space, not just a function of the trait form (which is the beginner issue I really struggled with).
Building with the whole set of traits to choose from rather than drawing randomly and accepting at least 2 of 3 honestly felt like cheating, like, see what comes out of the soup, you know? At this point if I build another 8 or so out of the soup, then if I ever get to play (in my dreams) then statistically speaking I'd be likely to have something mostly pre-built for practically any circumstance I might randomly draw in a group building setting. Which is ridiculous.

I don't fuck with 99% of Tumblr populars bc a lot of them see themselves not as just some guys running personal blogs with large followings, but as temporarily embarrassed sophisticates
wasn't gonna say anything until i saw this addition but this post is so fucking egregious. "everyone tagging this with wheatley's name lacks media literacy" & then one of your examples in the original post is Dollman? fucking Dollman?

Resistance is not fast and easy. It's a long, tedious slog where you don't win. You just lose slowly and buy time to the next election.
When DOGE first began their illegal rampage against the federal government, the online DO SOMETHING left demanded Schumer, Jeffries, and other Democrats do things like delay appointments, protest outside federal buildings, and hold press conferences. And they did all that.
The Do Somethings got what they wanted and they're still mad because these performative stunts worked about as well as performative stunts usually do. They see acts of protest and resistance not as performative stunts but as magic rituals that halt evil.
If the evil is still happening, then it must be the Democrats' fault because they did the ritual wrong! It couldn't possibly be that our expectations of these performative stunts were too high.

prokopetz is very public about the fact that he questioned his gender identity for a long time but came to the conclusion that he was a cis man after all, but honestly I think the reason he did that is that "cis male" is the only gender you're allowed to be smug about doing better than other people.
