I just want to point out that I avoid being a jerk to AIs just because it's my default habit - this blog notwithstanding.

Some leftist rocked up and said "okay, we can keep the guns, but we should have free healthcare and living wages and also I think mass shootings and crime are the fault of oligarchs and blah blah income inequality blah blah French Revolution-"

Two (evidence-backed) posts later, I had him reduced to nothing but linking to random opinions from sources he thought looked good. Like a TED Talk or a random Guardian article where some rich people told other rich people they need to give more to others/pay higher taxes.

(Note the complete lack of any evidence in the latter. Didn't watch the first.)

Two more posts later, he blocked me.

I wasn't even trying for that!

But it keeps happening!

I gotta admit, "rich people are to blame for mass shootings because they're hoarding all the money" is certainly an interesting take, especially when loads of mass shooters and violent criminals have been middle class or fairly well off.

Including the deadliest mass shooter in US history.

The man owned a two private planes.

I love that an OP who insists anyone who disagrees with them is ignorant...turned off reblogs because people were disagreeing in kind.

There's also Prounouns. Which were supposedly to promote trans acceptance, have never actually done that, and are now mainly ways to signal progressive ingroup identity and/or your special gender identifiers.

Also, being able to reproduce in conventional fashion is a major criteria for most people seeking partners! Nobody is entitled to the attraction of others!

I remember on Reddit someone tried to claim that if food became a human right it wouldn’t require slavery because “we’d pay the farmers to incentivize them to grow the food” To which I obviously replied “you mean like we do when food isn’t a right?” He blocked me so I could go more in depth into why he was dumb.

SunshineSentry, that idiot who tried to force MCU John Walker’s story into a “toxic masculinity” narrative, blocked me after my last post.

I’m not sure what set them off.

Showing that I have over a decade of knowledge of what “toxic masculinity” is, and detailed criticisms.

Calling them sexist.

Repeatedly pointing out their complete lack of evidence.

Providing alternate potential explanations for his behavior other than “toxic masculinity” (the assumption that Walker is sexist).

Including the fact that men with mental issues are often seen as threats, not just “feminine”

Claiming Walker had nobody to talk with, when he talked with his best friend and professional Battle Buddy onscreen.
