Week 2 progress pictures. I did miss one workout day due to over stretching a leg by accident but it's feeling fine now. I stuck to my diet pretty well , however it is shark week so I ended up having two meals for cheats instead of what I was scheduled to have. Hopefully I can get a list and shopping done today because I'm running a little late today on everything. I am noticing a diffrence in the amount of bloat I am experiencing which is encouraging considering it is sharkweek so im extra prone to bloating .
