They come on their own or you can get them in their City Summer Feast box. Even though the main ingredient is lobster, this 80% relies on the buttery brioche roll. If you use anything different for a lobster roll then you just don’t get the same result. It’s super easy to make, too. The lobster is already cooked, just mix it in their lobster sauce, melt the butter and brush the side of the buns, toast them, and then make the dressing. 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🥩 I’m pretty sure that @primefeast are offering some of the best BBQ boxes out there. Supplying restaurants such as @beast.restaurant, @zelman_meats, @burgerandlobster and @goodman_london you’ve got LOADS of choice on combo boxes. @primefeast have just launched their Summer Feast boxes, which come in options for 2 and 4 people, and this is from the Ultimate Garden BBQ for 2. It includes a 600g @beast.restaurant T-Bone, 2 @burgerandlobster burgers (which you’ll see soon), jerk shrimp skewers, corn on the cob, and potato salad. There’s quite a lot of prep but it’s SO worth it in the end. That steak is beautiful and creates the most perfect caramelisation. I added butter in the last few minutes to coat the steak and made sure the fat on the side was nicely charred. It’s a VERY good piece of beef, and if you season it well then you’ll have an amazing experience. The jerk skewers were also great. Make sure you marinate them as early as possible, get that jerk rub properly rubbed in. Even the potato salad was delicious, and there’s definitely enough for more than 2 people.
