A little comic about my post-apocalyptic LARP character Jademaw. She's a Lascarian who joined a cult dedicated to Nightvale as a teenager, then left when she became an intern and was sent on an impossible quest to find a place "lit by no sun, all thick, black forests, jagged mountains and deep, turbulent oceans." She's the current owner of a radio tower and is trying to get her own radio show off the ground.

i'm right now watching this. Empire of Ash III, starring William Smith (the Not so Fresh Prince) . This is why i love 80s vhs bullshit so much. This movie is called Empire of Ash 3 but there offically is no 2 and its only vaguely a sequel to Empire of Ash. The first movie was called Empire of Ash 2 in some international releases hoping forgien movie renters would be excited by an American sequel, even if it was a lie. Part three is sometimes called Last of the Warriors and in Japan its called just Empire of Ash AND Tubi tv is the onlynplace to call it part simply to help confusion. Are you confused? This is worse then Sorrity House Massacre 2 saying its a sequel to Slumber Party massacre and having Hard to die as a sequel to itself. Or how the first three Ator movies are all Miles o keefe movies as different barbarbians but since it was dubbed they figured he should be Ator in all of them. Oh shit Ator 4 is also sometimes called Troll 3  and Creepers is also sometimes released as Troll 3... can your minds handle this? ... Anyways Empire of Ash 3 is a cheapie postapocolypse brain dead grungie z grade movie which feels like Frogtown slepted with Deathstalker and had an affair with Time Barbarians, and was ruined by Robot Halocausts acting, so yeah that bad. Some guns some boobs and barely a plot or budget. Anyways hows your head?

I haven't posted art projects in a while, I plan on it at some point when I'm not job hunting but I wanted to share this moment. I've been working on my scifi novel for years, doing world building, research, and took classes to improve my writing. I haven't worked on the novel in a long time cause life got in the way, I had random chunks going nowhere, and the middle was difficult to pass. Something just snapped in me and I've been in a writing frenzy for the last week or so. I'm on page 138, full steam ahead, and I'm still in shock that after such a long writers block I found out I was capable of doing so much in little time. Ravage, my novel, deals with a lot of issues I'm passionate about: genetic engineering, the morality of it, global warming, the future and the relationship between animals, nature and people. I've been angry at the state of the world and enraged at injustices along with finding another job, and I'm so thankful I managed to channel that rage into something positive. Some folks have probably seen artwork of Rhi who is the main character and for those of you that haven't, feel free to take a look.
