It was Valisblot, the day of the year celebrating Freya, the patron goddess of love. But Toothless, the alpha dragon and best friend of Chief Hiccup, left everything completely cold. He felt alone, as he had so many times in his life, yes he had Hiccup, Astrid, Stormfly and the other dragons, but that wasn't the same as having someone from his own species who had also lost their families and their homeland in the hundreds of massacres , which had started from a single man, had lost. Nobody was there anymore. No one. Toothless had greatly appreciated his best friend's help when they had set out for the Isle of Night to search for other Night Furies, but this had turned out to be a fatal mistake. None of his fellows were alive anymore.
So he sat alone like every year, only this time a little higher and even more alone, because he was now the alpha dragon and had to keep order in case a dragon couple got out of control with their lovemaking, which was definitely the case last year with Hookfang and a little blue nightmare female. Were they set a barn on fire. Luckily Vikings werenât out of control when they made love.
Lost in thought, Toothless watched as Hiccup and Astrid danced around the large fire in the middle of the village; in Berk it was tradition for the chief to dance his own chosen dance in front of the fire with his future wife on Saint Freyja's Day. Hiccup had had a warm fur cloak made especially for this occasion with which he would hug Astrid at the end of their dance and promise her that he would always protect her. People always dress up for such occasions, which is probably why Astrid chose today, instead of her usual warrior-like style, a flowing blue dress decorated with silver embroidery and a matching belt. Sometimes Toothless wondered what love felt like, he knew Hiccup loved him, but not the way he loved Astrid. There was a clear difference that Toothless had always noticed.
He wanted someone who would look at him the way Astrid looked at Hiccup, someone who would rule alongside him, someone who would feel the same love and affection for him that Hiccup and Astrid felt for each other. But this is a silly wish, which would never come true. If he liked it or not, there was no one left out there. Everyone was gone. Toothlessâ remembers the tayle his mother always used to tell, about a hidden world out in the ocean, at the end of the world, were dragons can be safe and drive. The hidden world, the home of all dragons. Once the cradle of his species. What a pathetic tayle, such world doesnât exist. This was just a simple fairytale.
At that moment, Toothless didn't know that his life would change forever in the next few months.

Zephyr knew from her earliest years that she would be the one to take her fatherâs place as Chief. Well, Chieftess. Whether the people of New Berk were ready for a change like that or not. Unfortunately, it seems that more people were not ready for that change than she had hoped. But with a new threat slashing its way through the Archipelago, eyes set on New Berk and the secrets that flew away 2 years before Zephyr was born, she would have the chance to prove herself to her people soon enough. Whether she was ready for a change like that or not.

~Chapter 16~
Zephyr was... A little overwhelmed.
But she couldnât show it. She was Chief now.
Well, acting Chief.
But the only difference was that the title wasnât permanent.
Well...
She prayed to the gods it wasnât, at least.
The minute the words, âActing Chief it is,â left her fatherâs lips, things picked up in a flurry of activity rather quickly. Fishlegs was off to take detailed inventory of the islandâs supplies. Hiccup and Eret began an in-depth discussion on the ideal number of ships and crewmen to prepare. Ruffnut ran to find Tuffnut in order to catch him up on the rest of the meeting he missed and help him finish his own inventory. Snotlout and Astrid hounded Atali for more detailed information regarding the enemy chief and his tribe in order to determine what kind of attack they needed to prepare for, if any, while Zephyr watched.
And it seems like only moments later they were all back in the same room, spouting off all of the determinations they each individually made of their assigned duties. Instant adjustments were made, points were argued, options were debated, round and round in circles until everyone agreed on the action plan. It felt like the planning took all night, but in reality it lasted only a few hours. Eventually they all agreed, if a bit hesitantly, that Hiccup and Eret would command two ships with minimal crew in order to maximize the amount of space for supplies and eventually Outcasts refugees. One ship would have been preferred by Eret, as it would have made them more maneuverable in case they ran into the enemy, but ultimately it was decided they simply couldnât fit everything on one ship. They hoped the massive size of the enemy ship - according to Ataliâs recollection - would give them the advantage.
If Zephyr was being honest, the thought of crossing paths with the enemy ships never occurred to her.
- Zephyr had gotten her father's dry sarcasm and whenever the two had a chance they would be sarcastic to each other, gobber doesn't mind it but it irks astrid sometimes.
- Astrid and hiccup (literally everyone in berk) almost killed snotlout, when nuffink heard him say 'fuck' and when the kid suddenly said it. Fortunately and to everyone's relief they managed to tell the kid that it's not right to say that and made him stop.
- Nuffink's green curious eyes always remind hiccup of toothless's curious one and whenever nuffink's gives a puppy dog eyes, hiccup just gives in and let the kid have what he wanted, cause it reminds him so much of his best friend.
- Zephyr was not really into weapons but when she first tried bow and arrow, she didn't expect she'll love it. Apparently she has a high accuracy and it didn't take a while since she become one of the vikings who is good at archery.
- Hair braiding session is common occurance in the haddock household, astrid and valka just loves to braid everyones hair, sometimes hiccup would go do his chiefly routine with his hair half a mess cause of braids.
- Astrid had cut her hair short after giving birth to nuffink. ( i liked the hc that one tumblr user (forgot its username) made on how nuffink got his name the one astrid almost died after child birth.) cutting hair in viking represent that they honor someone and they have changed. And astrid doing this, is to honor odin for giving her a new life that she still can spend with her family and she had changed, that she had become more understanding on what is to become a mother and a chieftess.
- and after having a short hair , she and nuffink started to look like a spitting image of each other, the only difference is nuffink is a babe and his green eyes.
- after the dragons had left, hiccup and the riders had stopped wearing and hid their flying glidders , it seems that wearing it brings back old memories and also using it without any dragons to catch them is extremely dangerous, that's why it almost frightened hiccup and the others when their children had found this treasure and begged them on how to use it.
They did teach them how they used it, but wearing them is still forbidden.
If you are still taking request, how about some angst with hiccup and Astrid witnessing zephyr death or if that's to dark they think she does but then she comes back to them later. Lol I've been watching to much game of thrones
Why!? Why do you want to read something so heartbreaking!? And why am I delivering?
I donât know which circle of Hell youâve come out of, and I donât know which one I belong in for actually writing it. But I guess weâre in this together now.Â

May the Valkyries Welcome Her
Theyâd only just returned from visiting the dragons for the fourth time. They went once a year; the first time had been when Zephyr had just turned six. Sheâd been delighted to see them then, and she had been just as happy this time around. Smiling, cheering, spending all day with Toothless or one of the Night Lights, unable to let go of them even when they werenât in the air. But they never shouldâve gone to the Hidden World in the first place.
Hiccup had been in their kitchen, having breakfast while seeing to it that Nuffink didnât break down the rest of their house. The boy had all of Astridâs energy, but none of her sense of responsibility â something that would come with time, he hoped.
Astridâs voice had alerted him. âHiccup.â
Itâd been short, yet urgent, the kind of tone she only used when something was wrong and she didnât want the kids to notice. Anxious but trying not to be too concerned, heâd walked to his daughterâs room, where Astrid had been getting Zephyr ready for the day.
Heâd found his wife looking at him with her big blue eyes, the shock and fear clear in them. Before heâd been able to open his mouth, Zephyr had escaped her motherâs hold, running into him and proudly showing him her arm.
âDaddy, look! I have spots too, just like the dragons!â
Things had gone quickly after that. Heâd taken Nuffink to Valka, with the specific instructions that he could not be in contact with his sister or any of the other children on the island. His mother was quite solitary regardless, and Nuffink loved to stay over at his grandmaâs, so heâd figured heâd be safe there. In the meantime, Astrid had gotten Zephyr dressed and had called in New Berkâs healers. Whoâd confirmed their worst fears.
Dragonpox. The illness had been with them on Berk for as long as dragons had raided them. Dragons were wild animals after all, carrying things with them that Vikings normally werenât exposed to. It didnât strike often; even during the raiding years, only those who were already very frail or sickly had been known to contract it. But with dragons coming to Berk and becoming a daily part of their lives, the combination of gradual exposure and immensely improved dragon hygiene had made it so that the disease was nothing more than a distant memory.
Theyâd forgotten it existed. Itâd become a thing of their dragon-fighting past on Berk, and no one had been brought down by it since theyâd settled on New Berk either. Until now. And now, he was forced to watch his little girl tremble and writhe underneath the covers as the rash continued to conquer her skin. Which was his fault.
Zephyr didnât know that. She smiled at him whenever he entered the room, her blue eyes lighting up as they always did when she saw her father. But a little less so every day. Â She hadnât noticed heâd started to wear gloves yet, as there were simply some responsibilities he couldnât avoid, and he had not wanted to risk spreading her illness any further. Heâd done his job, called a village meeting on the first night sheâd gotten sick, warned everyone to watch themselves, their children and their elderly. Some had felt he was overreacting â the disease hadnât claimed any lives on Berk for years, so why would it now? Surely, Zephyr wouldnât be the first? Thatâs what he tried to believe as well.
But Astrid was with their daughter at all times. And every time he returned after heâd had to leave for some agonizing emergency, heâd ask her if Zephyr was doing better yet. And every time, sheâd shaken her head.
Now, exactly two weeks after Astrid had first spotted the marks on Zephyrâs skin, Hiccup slumped back into their home. His metal foot sounded hollow on the wooden floor, the heavy cloak around his shoulders not quite measuring up the sense of guilt that rested on them. He was startled by the two women coming down the stairs, who almost froze in place at the sight of their chief.
All it took was a questioning look from him for them to shake their heads. There was nothing more they could do. He couldnât blame them. Theyâd tried all they could to help, using Gothiâs old notes to the best of their ability. But with their old healerâs passing, a lot of dragon-related healing knowledge had faded as well.
No, the only person he could really blame was himself. For forcing a reunion with Toothless and the others. For refusing to stop chasing his lifelong dream of dragons and Vikings living together in peace. For wishing his children came to know that part of his life too. And now he was paying the ultimate price. With all he could do being praying to the gods not to take his little girl from him.
He walked up the stairs of their home, his every step heavy and loaded. The door to Zephyrâs bedroom was open and he found Astrid inside, sitting on a stool at the side of their daughterâs bed. Astrid looked exhausted, her cheeks hollow, her eyes red and swollen as she did her best to wipe her tears away. He crouched down next to her, letting her lean her against his shoulder as her own shuddered.
âWe never should have taken them,â she told him, her voice so hoarse he almost couldnât hear her. âGods, Hiccup, why did we go?â
There was nothing he could say that would justify their decision. There were no words that could be said, no reason that could be given that would erase what theyâd done. What they were now responsible for. No dragon that could cure this kind of pain. Watching the 10-year old girl heâd loved from the first moment heâd seen her, lying there, shaking in her bed as she fought against a fever that refused to release her from its hold.
All he could do was take off his gloves, wrapping his arm around Astridâs shoulder as he reached out towards Zephyr with his other, taking the hand that laid on top of the covers in his. The sheer heat of her skin almost made him flinch, but he carefully enveloped her little fingers in his nevertheless.
Every now and then, she writhed, squeezing her eyes shut even more as her lips trembled. Her skin was flushed, the colour of the rash and blisters thatâd covered her almost matching that of her reddish brown hair. Heâd never seen her look this small, or this vulnerable. She was losing the battle inside of her. Which her father shouldâve protected her from in the first place.
They sat there for what seemed like eternity. He tried to keep himself together as best as he could as Astrid continued to sob, the past two weeks which sheâd solely spent taking care of her daughter taking its toll. Eventually however, he watched Zephyrâs tired eyelids open, a little touch of bright blue still left in them.
âDaddy?â
The weakness in her voice broke his heart as he watched her struggle to produce the words. He swallowed his own tears away before he spoke. âYes, Zeffie?â
Zephyr shivered, her face wrinkling as she did. âIâm cold.â
He gave her the most reassuring smile he could as he unwrapped his cloak from his shoulders, reaching out to give it to her. But she latched onto the fabric of his tunic rather than that of his cloak, the look in her eyes pleading. âDaddy.â
He quickly wiped his eyes with his other sleeve before he got up, removing his prosthetic before he climbed into his daughterâs bed as heâd so often done. He held his arms open for Astrid to crawl into as he pulled Zephyr into his lap, wrapping his cloak and her blankets around her as her little hands buried themselves in his tunic as well as they still could.
Sitting there, leaning against the headboard with the two most important women in his life in his arms, he softly brushed Zephyrâs sticky bangs out of her face. âIs this better?â
She nodded against his chest, the heat from her little body almost warming his heart, which was growing colder and aching more by the minute. Zephyr stayed silent for a bit, until another question crossed her lips. âWhereâs Nuff?â
Astrid answered before he could, softly rubbing Zephyrâs back. âHeâs with grandma.â
âHeâs not sick too, right?â
âNo,â Astrid reassured her, her voice thick with tears. âYour brotherâs fine.â
âG-good,â Zephyr nodded, shivering as she did.
She stopped talking for a while after that, curling up against Hiccupâs chest, shivers still wrecking her. When he was sure she was about to fade into sleep, she spoke up again.
âIâm scared.â
Zephyrâs eyes were closed as the words left her mouth, her voice as small as heâd ever heard it. Astrid looked up at him, biting her lower lip as tears started to flow down her face once more. He could only barely contain his own as he stroked Zephyrâs face, trying to put her at ease.
âYou donât have to be afraid,â he told her. âItâll pass. How about I tell you a story?â
Her head moved against his chest, the motions weak but her agreement clear.
âAny particular one youâd like?â
âAbout dragons.â
Dragons. Of course, he thought as a dagger slowly made its way into his heart. âBut Iâve already told you so many!â he said, trying to fake a laugh. âLet me try to think of a new one.â
He searched his mind, trying to find a story he hadnât told her yet. Eventually, he did. âDid I ever tell you about Vanaheim?â
Zephyrâs blue eyes opened slightly as she shook her head, too weak to form words.
âWell, then Iâll tell it. In the life of every dragon, there comes a point at which they can no longer stay with the rest of their pack, because they are getting old and fragile. So they take one last flight, all the way to the island of Vanaheim. Itâs a sacred place, meant for dragons alone. But your mommy and I once had the honour of guiding a dragon there,â he lied.
âTo die?â
âNo, on the contrary,â he laughed, partly to suppress the tears that were becoming harder to hold back as he watched Astrid silently weep from the corner of his eyes. âItâs a place for all sick and tired dragons to go to, and there, they can live forever. Like theyâre young again. Theyâre never in pain, never hungry and never ill. Thereâs no one to hurt them there, and theyâd never hurt each other. They just live there, all dragon species together, without a sense of worry on their minds. For all eternity.â
âI want to go there,â Zephyr managed, trying to look up at him but failing to keep her eyes open.
âThen weâll go,â he told her, pulling her closer against his chest. âOnce youâre better, weâll go find Toothless and Stormfly and mommy and I will take you there. And Nuffink too. Weâll go to Vanaheim, with just the four of us. No chiefing for your mom and dad. A long holiday, during which you will able to see more dragons than youâve ever seen on the edge of the Hidden World. Cuddle them, play with them, fly on their backs. Anything you want.â
The kind of foolish fantasies thatâd landed her on her deathbed in the first place. But she didnât know that. And he wasnât going to tell her. âWould you like that?â
âYes,â a soft voice told him.
âThen weâll go,â he repeated, rocking her in his arms as he felt her shudder against him once more.
âTell me more.â
And so he did. He made up all kind of stories about the version of Vanaheim heâd created for her. As sheâd never get to see the real island. He used what little heâd seen in the Hidden World, and what heâd experienced on all his adventures throughout his years with Toothless. He thought about all the things heâd wished for in his life with dragons and described them to his daughter. All the long-lost dreams thatâd never come true. But which filled her with wonder nevertheless.
It wasnât until Zephyr eventually fell back asleep that he allowed himself to cry, tears streaming down his face as he tried to keep his body as steady as possible, so he wouldnât disturb her. One of Astridâs arms was around his neck while her other was in their daughterâs hair, softly stroking it as Zephyrâs chest heaved. Slowly, the time between her inhales seemed to increase, every muscle movement starting to cost more effort. Until her breathing stopped altogether.
âZephyr?â
Theyâd known it was coming. But still, nothing could compare to the freefall his soul took right then, as he couldnât do anything but shake the little girlâs body in his arms, somehow, somewhere expecting her to open her inquisitive blue eyes again. But she didnât. No matter how hard he tried, or how often he called her name, she didnât wake.
Astrid cried out, the sheer agony in the sound of her voice tearing him to shreds. He pulled Zephyr closer to him, looking for anything, any sign of life at all. But he found nothing. The fever sheâd tried to fight off so desperately started to subside, her body growing cold. Too cold.
She was gone. His little girl. One of the three people he was supposed to protect above anything else. Dead. And it was his fault.
There was nothing he could do then but hold her frail shape to his chest as his shoulders shook, an indescribable pain and anguish flooding his entire existence, making him hope heâd drown in it so heâd have to feel it no more. Although he deserved to.
All that was left for him to do was to pray that the Valkyries would welcome her among them, taking her to Valhalla. Where he hoped, prayed, wished his father would take care of her. After heâd failed them both. Through his âlove for dragonsâ, through his âgood intentionsâ. Both of them, dead by his hands.
And this would be the last time. In that moment, he swore to himself that no one on New Berk would ever see a dragon again.Â

Summary: Hiccup suddenly loses his leg.
Based off this post I made.
It was early morning as he stared into the rising sun. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third, the Chief of New Berk and the Hairy Hooligan tribe was tired and numb. He honestly wished he was back in bed with his beautiful wife but no. He was out here next to a cliff tops far away from the village trying to get himself mentally ready for the long exhausting day ahead of him. So much had to be done and there wasnât enough time in the day to finish it all nor was there enough of him to go around. Usually, Astrid would help him with the workload but with her close to the end of her pregnancy she was more inclined to stay around the house nowadays. He was a little jealous of that. She was able to spend time with their little girl and tell people off and chalk it all up to hormones and no one would bat an eye. A loud sigh erupted from him as he plopped down in the grass.
âWhy canât I just get a day off?â He thought, âJust one day not being Chief.â Another groan left him as he dragged his hand down his face and through his beard. âIf only there was an excuse I could use not to work today.â He tapped on his prosthetic trying to think of something. Then the idea struck him and a Grinch-like smile spread across his face.
It took a while but he was able to hop his way to the village on one leg. It was a good work out for him. A few men and women saw him and quickly ran to his aid. They sat him down and began asking their questions on what happened to him. Of course, he never thought a head-on anything and so never thought on a reason why he was missing a fake limb.
He tried to sound convincing as he nonchalantly said, âIt just vanished.â
        âBut how?â
âHiccup?!â He was saved when Astrid made her way towards him, worry and fret clearly on her face. âWhat happened? Are you okay?â
âIâm fine. Iâm fine,â he reassured her. âI just lost my leg is all.â
âLost your leg?â She was really confused because she knew how rare it was for that to happen and he was being very calm throughout this. She looked him over and noticed the only thing wrong with him, besides the missing appendage, was he was sweating and breathing heavier, yet nothing to suggest that he was in a tussle or danger to cause his foot to be missing. âWhat do you mean?â She eyes him suspiciously.
Hiccup chuckled nervously but smiled at her, âIâll tell you back at the house.â He stood up and another Viking helped him balance and even though Astrid was pregnant she was on the other side helping him too.
âYou better tell me when we get there or else,â She threatened and he only flashed her a smile.
They were back at their house and Hiccup was sitting peacefully in his chair. Astrid showed the Villager out and thanked them for their help but as soon as the door was closed her arms were crossed as she glared at him. âSo tell me exactly what happened?â
Again he nervously laughed as he took off his boot to rub his sore overworked foot, âLike I said I lost it. It just vanished.â
âVanished?â She asked, âHow does it-â
He cut her off to explain, âYeah, it just vanished⌠as I threw it off the cliff.â
She blinked dumbfounded at what she just heard and then began to laugh. Astrid was laughing so long that Hiccup joined her. She made her way towards her husband and he made room so she could sit in his lap. When her laughter died she had to ask, âWhy in Odinâs Great Ghost would you do something like that?â
He relaxed rubbing her swollen stomach. âI just wanted to be with you.â He kissed her shoulder and smiled feeling her hands casting over his. âAnd I really really didnât want to be Chief today. Would do anything not to be called that today.â
Astrid chuckled, âOkay, there Hiccup.â She returned the favor, kissing his forehead. âBut you do know there are better ways to get a day off than to do this.â
âLess believable. Besides now I have an excuse to take more days off to spend with you. Because as you know it takes days to make a leg like that.â He smirked testing his luck to kiss higher on her neck.
She rolled her eyes but didnât stop him. It was short-lived however when their front door slammed open and their daughter came barreling through.
âDaddy!â She yelled happily, âLook what me and Grandma found on the beach!â
When Hiccup turned to look at what his little girl was holding his face fell and his eyes widen in horror while Astrid burst in a fit of laughter.
In the little girlâs hands was the missing prosthetic that Hiccup made disappeared, but not good enough.
âThatâs wonderful sweetie,â he said in exasperation and a forced smile. He accepted it from her and placed it right back where it belonged. He then sent her upstairs to her room to play and of course, Valka went with her since the daughter insisted she tell one of her dragon stories again.
Meanwhile Astrid was still giggling and she whispered in his ear, âSee told you there were easier ways.â
âOh you,â he snapped a little with a smile. Both parents ended up laughing once more at the failed attempt of a day off that took place. In the end, Hiccup did get the day off to spend with his family even though he still had his leg. He also received the following days off. It was only right when he needed the time to spend it with his newborn son, who happened to greet them all hours later.
I told you I wonât shut up about HTTYD3 -- we will all ganna think about it together.Â
(please just let me post my ideas here cause i need it to be released this is ganna be long)
  - The hooligans didnât went back to old berk, they as well become mystery to the rest of the
world, this thought went in my mind considering that they really want to protect the dragons.Â
( And they couldnât go back to old berk without any boats or resources so they settled in the
new berk. ) This made them to become one of the most mysterious vikings, to the point that
new generations of vikings , believed that they never existed, that they were descendant ofÂ
Odin or they were the children of dragons, that they were half humans - half dragon since the
rumor of them being able to fly is wide spread.
 - After the dragons have left , the riders would usually hang out on the cliff where they hadÂ
last seen their dragon friends. This gathering happened usually happens before nightfall
and they would always tell stories of their time together. The stories being told consist of
their first dragon ride, their dragonâs personality, the way they spend time together, the --
way they sleep, their first snoggletog with them , the first flight to edge , the first fight , the
dragon racing and many, many more. Usually it was Fishleg who starts this conversations
but as time passed, it was snotlout who always talk a lot & he was the one who usually -
gets extremely emotional. ( He is a softiee inside, fight me. )
 - As much as I want it to be astrid who comforts Hiccup when he woke up from a nightmare
and going out to looking for Toothless but there was no toothless. I think it was more of ---
valka who does that , whenever Hiccup wakes up, her mother is awake and the two would
just talk about random things until itâs morning. (cause she knew that hiccup wonât be able
to fall asleep again.)Â This habit continued on and on , valka being there gives sense of ---
comfort to the berkâs chief this didnât stop even when he was wedded to astrid, instead -
they even invited astrid to join them whenever one of them is having nightmares.
 - After the wedding of hiccup and Astrid, fishleg and ruffnut got married as well. The wedding
was all of sudden , since ruffnut was all â We were married anyways, at some point in our--
lives, but itâs not really official , so we are making it official. â and the chief and chieftess was
beyond confused on what they were talking about but in the end they bestowed their blessing
to the two and was more than happy to see that two of their friends was happy.
 - Astrid and Hiccup got zephyr after 3 years of marriage ( I believe that they returned to the hidden world when they were around 31 or 32 ) Astrid and hiccup was 24 years old by then
& during her first pregnancy , valka and hiccup was very hands on and protective towards her ,Â
since gothi had told that it would be tough for astrid. Tough considering that they thought that
the child would be another hiccup, but what really gothi meant is though cause the child is ---
rather very energetic and always move inside her motherâs tummy.
-Â When Zephyr was born everyone in berk falls in love with her immediately, they would spoilÂ
the kid rotten by sending weapons ( yes and by weapons i mean to weapons ) , they were
happy that there were additional shield maiden into their tribe and with zephyr being around
it helped heal the missing hole in the berkians heart ( not totally of course but it healed some)
fortunately, as Hiccup told himself, the girl had inherited her fatherâs hobby, which is craft &Â
build things, she also loves to play dragons with fishlegs and fishlegâs twin daughter & son.
-Â Â Zephyr was 3 years old when Nuffink was conceived , and as much as i want to think thatÂ
it was tuffnut who named the boy , i think it was zephyr who had named him instead I ,Â
think zephyr had heard so many stories about him and toothless being separated, & having
nuffink , who was a boy, made zephyr a bit worried that he might leave their dad as well ---
( cause guys come one zephyr is 3 and constantly hearing from her uncles that toothless left
she assumed that all boys will leave, so she childishly and innocently thinks she hates boys),
so when astrid asked for her daughterâs idea, zephyr just blurted out a stuttered â nuffink â --
instead of nothing , so this time nuffink will separate us from dad , just like the others and this
made hiccup a bit teary eyed, cause of the sincerity and concern zephyr has for her father.Â
-Â When zephyr hit 8 years of age and nuffink hit the age of 5, the two would almost stick to one
another, would play together and sleep together. The two had become close (except the ----
time when nuffink was born , almost baby zephyr would get jealous cause momma astrid isÂ
busy with her lil brother and she was sent under the care of her grandma. ) and nuffink is --
becoming more and more of her mother, but more gentle and diplomatic, he was protective
of his big sister in his small odd ways, like always walking behind her and whenever zephyr
gets excited or stumbles (since he was always hiding behind her big sister) , he would grab
her cape, sometimes braids to keep her from falling or hitting something.Â
