Obviously in E!Scotts head, after he died everything went happy and good, right? Well, what if that's just in E!Scotts head? That's what he wanted to happen, so his brain made it possible.

Okay, so in Area Unknown, Scott knows who Xornorth is. (It was a joke, but I run with anything I can get.)

What if in Empires, after Scott stabbed himself, the corruption just got him? What if Xornorth did something to make that happen? He said he had a plan (but not enough time) but surely he thought of "what if Scott just takes himself out?" E!Scott has shown multiple times that he'd sacrifice himself for the people he loves, it's not even a question if he'd hurt himself for others. So, Xornorth could've corrupted the wound quickly. (Thus also healing it with the corruption so they wouldn't die from it.) You don't die immediately anyway, he'd have enough time if he was fast enough.

While E!Scott was recovering from the wound and resting, Xornorth could've taken them both to the underworld and played with his memories to make them both think they were raised demons. (And someone gained an Aimsey along the way, just to sell the point that maybe if Scott remembered something, he could prove it to be a dream).

Another thing with AU!Aimsey, I like the idea of Xornorth taking E!Scott's ideas and intentions and made Aimsey from it.

I also have a minor headcanon that AU!Aimsey IS a reincarnated Xornorth. But that's not the point right now.
