We are populating the sinking and stabilisation fund - Seth Terkper - Nsemkeka
We are populating the sinking and stabilisation fund – Seth Terkper – Nsemkeka The economic advisor to President John Mahama, Seth Terkper, says the current administration is laying down long-term financial buffers to avoid a repeat of Ghana’s economic setbacks. Need to convert a lot of the skeletal meshes to vertex based animations which are less resource intensive and can improve the fps. This will be very important when the buildings are also present.
JHS Morning Glory Build (pt.1)
Another build, JHS Morning Glory.
The three pin socket on the right is for the JFet, the other randomly stray ones are for the diode section, pretty sure it's the clipping section... Might experiment with it and do a diode swap switch, since I did a Symmetric/Asymmetric switch in another build (Marshall Shredmaster).
Edit:
I substituted the JFET (used J201 instead of a 2N5457) and socketed the diode section. The build uses four silicon diodes (1N4148 [used] or 1N914), but I might pop in 2 red LEDs at some point. I’ll probably leave this one with sockets and pop whatever I want in when I want. :D

Finished Board Pics (1981 DRV)
These are just a few pictures of a completed board.
I usually populate the board in groups of parts in steps (links, sockets, resistors, diodes, caps, etc.).
Sometimes I do them all at once if it’s a smaller build. Larger builds I will try to take my time and will definitely do only one set of parts at a time, checking that I have put all parts in.
I haven’t had any experiences with parts blowing up on me, yet. I’m pretty sure I’ve burnt out a few LEDs and maybe a cap because I messed up or omitted another component.
I refrain from doing a lot of builds when I’m overly tired; I end up making mistakes and ruining builds.
Once I am done the build (soldering all components and double checking that everything is in order) I hook it up to my Test Box and test rig.
If works = :), if it doesn’t = >:(
