I'm calling the inside knee hook-double attitude-contra-lateral foot grab thing a "foxtail" for simplification purposes. The back leg trails behind tail style, but also, it reminds me of a a ballroom dance posture, gown trailing, shoulders tipping to the side (as in the style called foxtrot).
