so. we’ve seen human au stex , been there , done that. but , consider

ballet au stex.

i have such extensive lore and thoughts for this au and sooo many scenarios about it so if youd like to know more feel free to ask but the basic rundown is :

the entire stex wembley cast are all in a ballet company together , momma is their choreographer/coach and runs everything basically. instead of the race being centric in the plot , there’s more competition over who’s going to play the lead in whatever show is going on. plenty of drama (as is true in a real ballet company) and lots of just in general silliness

one day a gorgeous girl named eva was walking her dog. it was a cute little dog, long and skinny like a glizzy. all of a sudden, eva's dog started barking at another one. eva looked up, confused, but she was instantly blown away.

"wow..." she says, looking at the girl in front of her. "you— your dog is really cute."

the girl grins. "thank you, so is yours! i'm tashi, by the way."

"eva," she replies, introducing herself. "i haven't seen you around before."

"oh, yeah," tashi replies. "i just moved here, actually."

"oh, wow, welcome!" eva smiles. "well, i can give you my number, and you can totally call if you want someone to show you around."

tashi accepts the offer gratefully. "that would be awesome, pleak."

all of a sudden, both of their dogs do a flip. both girls' eyes widen.

"woah!" eva says. "i thought i was the only one with a pleak flip dog!"

"i thought i was the only one!" tashi replies.

"wait... you know what this means..." eva says.

the great legend of the pleak dog said that the two pleak dog owners were soulmates. tashi looks meaningfully at eva... before kissing her! they have a big pleak makeout.

"wow," tashi says. "i can't believe this new town brought me my soulmate."
