• When Frank and Y/N argue, Dana becomes a therapist against her will.

• Dana absolutely asks Y/N for her side first.

Frank finds this deeply unfair.

• Robby loves Y/N like a daughter and treats Frank like a man perpetually on thin ice.

• Robby gives Frank relationship advice like he’s dispensing discharge instructions.

• “Did you apologize?”

“Did you listen?”

“Did you actually listen?”

• Frank hates that Robby is always right.

• The nurses are way too comfortable asking Y/N insane questions.

“So is he quiet?”

“Does he talk more at home?”

“Is he like… intense, or—”

• Frank overhears exactly one of these conversations and refuses to make eye contact for the rest of the shift.

• Mel is the self-appointed moderator of Pitt gossip.

• Mel knows everything. She just chooses when to share.

• Mel has absolutely told someone, “Don’t ask him that. Ask her.”

• The interns are terrified of both of them individually — together they’re convinced they’re immortal.

• Younger residents whisper like they’re watching a celebrity couple.

“That’s Langdon’s partner.”

“No, like… partner partner.”

• Someone once asks if dating in the ER is distracting.

Dana laughs. Frank stares. Y/N answers calmly. The question is never asked again.

• During codes, Frank and Y/N move like muscle memory.

No talking. No hesitation. Everyone else just keeps up.

• After particularly brutal shifts, the Pitt collectively watches Frank check on Y/N first — and then relaxes.

• When Y/N is frustrated, the girls rally around her immediately.

Frank is excluded from the conversation by design.

• When Frank is clearly spiraling, Robby intercepts him before Dana can.

• Dana lives for post-fight debriefs.

“Okay, timeline. What happened. Start from the beginning.”

• Frank tries to claim his relationship is “private.”

The Pitt laughs.

• Someone once says, “I can’t believe Langdon is dating,” and Dana replies,

“I can’t believe someone finally figured him out.”

• Y/N is the only person who can tell Frank to take a break and have him actually do it.

• Frank is visibly softer around her — not less sharp, just… steadier.

• The Pitt notices.

• When they’re good, morale is higher.

When they’re tense, everyone works faster.

• There is at least one group chat that exists solely to analyze their body language.

• Dana is in it. She pretends she isn’t.

• Robby refuses to join but somehow still knows everything.

• No one doubts their relationship. Not once.
