TERM FOUR (THE LAST) WEEK ONE Well it's already my last semester of the baking program at George Brown. This term we have two five hour labs per week. This week made inverted puff pastry, which we used to make pithiviers (filled with almond cream) and lemon poppyseed twists, salted caramel eclairs with candied pecans, and coconut financiers with rum syrup and a coconut chocolate ganache. All very tasty indeed.
