not the best picture but this has been in the fridge a number of days
but these eclairs which i've doubtlessly mentioned before are just amazing
G was up in Oregon for a while recently and was kind enough to bring a large assortment of delicacies including a number of these eclairs which i've had to pace myself in eating
the chocolate is the perfect semi-sweetness for the cream filling - which itself is just sweet enough - and the pastry itself is wide open inside fitting the maximum of filling.
it's almost too much for one person to eat!
this is my preferred method of eating them:
the patisserie they're from has the best cakes, too... i wish they were here.
