Making some pita bread to spice things up a bit 😊

Pita bread dipped in lamb soup, one of Xi An’s most traditional dishes and one that customers can help create. In the beginning, you are given two round pieces of pita like bread, sometimes with words incarved on them. From there, you rip the bread apart, and as a display of respect to the chef, you place a small moon shaped piece at the very top of the pile. The bowls are then taken away and piping hot lamb soup is poured into them, turning them into delicious bowls of warm tastiness.
