Dear #piitchallenge, I am feeling very dizzy and light headed today. My vision goes dark when I stand up and my head is really pounding. I get this head rush and grey/black vision often when I stand and have experienced this for many years, but I just can't shake it today. I am super tired too, so I have to take my #piitstop early this week. I don't know if I will end up needing another one before the next one or not, but I probably will and it will probably put me behind finishing in time to start a new challenge March 1. This happens to me every time I start challenges. It is super frustrating and utterly discouraging. I always get run down or sick in some way and can't keep up. I get frustrated, upset, and feel defeated and just quit.
