PIIT28 - day 6
No PIIT workout for the day! I went for jogging tho'
Been chilling and collecting my mind the whole day. My mom was ill and that' bother me a lot! on top of that I couldn't visit her as I can't fly back home :((
Anyway sipping on infused water with raspberry, mint and grapefruit while snacking the fruit platter. So filling and yummy
I decided not to count calories today. Enjoying the sun and listening to my body, eating just when I feel hungry (of course after checking if I really hungry or just thirsty)
