Blessed rising all!! It’s Wellness Wednesday. I have recently had to readjust my workout regimen. As you all know I love to hike however, I injured my knee a couple of weeks ago so hiking is not an option at the moment. I didn’t want the injury to stop me from moving my body so, I have switched to a low impact workout 🏋🏾♀️ that is easy on my knees. My goal is to simply keep my body moving. I want to continue to build strength since I for so long felt I was both physically and emotionally weak. Here’s one of my workout tips. This one shows how I incorporate music into my workout. I’m such a music lover. Tip: I like most, workout to my favorite music. During my workout, I don’t count sets. I do one exercise until the song switches to the chorus or until my ear picks up on a different instrument 🎷. This makes the workout fun for me.
