this is what beings who are against physical alterhumanity look like to us btw
Aviankin, I'm curious, where do you feel your wings? I've seen a lot of avians say their wings are on their back like an angel. I personally feel my wings on my arms. Where do you feel them?
Breaking news: being called “a dog” is considered an insult to some people!
People barking at me in public over a (therian) pin is so funny. All they get is a look of pure indifference (if they’re lucky) and people look at them weird cuz they’re BARKING AT SOMEONE. Joy.
Also how the hell are you 20 barking at someone unironically

Honestly, the whole “alterhuman identity is never discriminated against” thing is kind of frustrating. It does not consider the beings who’ve been forcibly medicated, medically abused and put into facilities due to their alterhuman identity being linked to certain mental health conditions. Saying that nobody is discriminated against for being alterhuman completely ignores the fact that anybody who’s not considered “sane enough” to self determine their identity can be and have faced real violence for being alterhuman.
I’m not saying the average alterhuman is being chased down with pitchforks and torches. I just think we fail to consider this angle. Most anti-alterhuman rhetoric is repackaged ableism and queerphobia. Most issues in our community come from a lack of consideration rather than us actively being targeted (eg. Limited ability to get affirming procedures, health professionals not being educated, lack of resources available for us). Just don’t forget those who aren’t able to express their alterhumanity safely at risk of being involuntarily sectioned or medicated, or those who didn’t have a choice to mask and had those things happen, because that is a real issue for some.
I need to curl up in a ball of warm please and thank u
