i think its more incidental. he just happens to look like that as a coincidence and pharaoh may nor may not have actually chosen that name for himself rather than it being his original name. may have provided some of the stuff in the way of aesthetics himself too.

i think mindshift pharaoh is aloof but not hostile, confident but to a fault. tends to get false impressions of his own abilities and this can trip him up for sure and get him to spiral. im not exactly sure what he does as a job? but something considerably more mundane than canon likely industrial work of some sort especially the kind requiring the mass commanding of other robots.

likes to gather interesting things he finds and stashes them away, or keeps them with him to keep his hands busy. given that his underlings do most of the work and his main job is to keep them organized and in check he tends to find himself lost in his own thoughts and sometimes just looks for stuff in order to pass the time. he likes looking through these trinkets just for fun too, maybe to reorganize them or dig out something more interesting to fiddle with, doesnt tend to move them from wherever he hides them usually unless its insecure in there in some way.

i do think he has Weird feelings toward his design and how hes built in general. often feels disconnected from his physical body and whole situation, weird feelings towards his subordinates and whatever might be above him. can go from a sense of grandeur and control to fear and paranoia, and this can vary a lot from flimsy to unshakeable. generally prefers the former than the latter because being scared like that is NOT fun and if that happens he'll not be getting work done properly and that can lead to a domino effect of consequences. that also leads to him getting even more stressed during the onset of such an episode which makes it even worse
