OP is seriously doing insane mental gymnastics here. First and foremost, Pocket Deer Belly harassed OUR community, the transmasc community, with their whole racist chest, and they had a huge influence in the increase in vitriol against transmascs on Tumblr.

But according to OP, anyone using the simple acronym "PDB" is just on par with gamergaters attempting to harass PDB off the site.

This is not just simply an uncharitable take as to what happened. This is dishonest, and frankly, this is transphobic. To compare the transmasc community with gamergaters, solely based on the fact that acronyms were used, is simply ridiculous. In order to believe that "PDB" is some sort of codeword meant to enshroud us in a cloak of seeming too ridiculous to take seriously, when all we are doing is using a shorthand to discuss a blog that attacked our community and does not care about us, you would 1) have to have absolutely no idea what's going on, or 2) already see the transmasc community as a bunch of whiny men making up problems and attacking people.
