Can see the future like Nighteye but not all the details (for example, she can see that the world ends after August 31 but not what caused it)
Can see the future max. 5 years ahead but more than that she'll risk having her mind lost looking at "possible future" (the further ahead the future is, the more she lost grip on her current mind/reality)
Only sees the possible futures from the PRESENT action. So if the action around the possible future change, the future will change.
But unlike Nighteye, she can see the future of anyone & anything without doing anything special. She can just sit at her desk in class and "see" whether the movie she and Heeko wants to watch will be a hit or a bust, "see" an artist with the same nail art as her was exposed having a scandal a week later, "see" that the boba she wants to buy runs out when she gets there after school, etc.
Sometimes the future is inevitable, sometimes not. She can try to actively change it if she wants to but her mindset is more on how to deal with it when it arrives (or prevent the apocalypse)
If she tries to look the future of something she's not allowed to like for example "evil" supernatural entities, she can get a nosebleed and can't see its future.
Later on she can share information and sensations she gets from seeing into the future with other people.

A pair of gyaru besties who can see the future & jump world lines? These two are already cracked AF lol
Casually save the world multiple times, one time from a meteorite by Heeko bringing the same meteorite from a different timeline and let the two objects collide with each other.
Casually spend time together during and after school like Hikaru & Masa. However, unlike Hikaru & Masa, these two are joined on the hips.
Also, just like Hikaru & Masa, they were both saved by the presence of the other in their lives. Heeko is saved from the first time Mirai calls out to her on the train on the first day of high school and calls her as her friend.
Mirai and Heeko fears (and Heeko loathes) their power, but they use their power to have fun with the other
In this AU, Heeko hides her quirk from others but she lets Mirai in on her secret from day 1 so they can have fun adventures in other worlds/universes/world lines/time lines. However, Hikaru & Masa later become her 3rd and 4th secret keepers in 2nd grade.
The official canon calls them as soulmates

Quirk: Landmine [Emitter-type]
Her body will make explosion when someone other than her family touches her and takes off the body parts that touch her of her (like, pushing a button type of thing but her whole body is the explosion button)
Not that the explosion only occur if the one that touch her is humans. She can also self-explode (out of embarrassment)
The explosion can’t be stopped but the power can be dampened. Not enough to seriously harm but enough to singe people's hair & clothes and leave smoke and soot everywhere.
That's the reason why she keeps her distance from other people, because her quirk is a bother to everyone around her.
Although looks and acts like the typical menhera girl, she is actually very healthy in mind and body.
A very caring, considerate, and positive-thinking girl

Out of everyone in the core 4, she's closer to Hikaru although Mirai, Heeko, and Masa calls her by nickname.
Her body produced poison and when it exceeds her tolerance level, it overflows from her entire body. That’s why she needs to periodically drain the poison by spewing poison (literally and figuratively).
Can detect whether someone is poisoned or not just from their heart rates, breathing rates, pallor of skin, etc.
Although blunt and harsh even outside her "spewing poison" moment, she's also a normal and considerate girl who always tries her best to keep up with everyone's absurdity, the only people she's comfortable with between the group are Mirai, Hikaru, and Riko.

Finds Heeko and Masa somehow unsettling. [Her instinct are sharp]

or where I put Parakou kids in a shonen manga universe and see how they fare in a hero manga... as UA Gen Ed students still with their cracked power level in Parakou (also I have a feeling Masa is a fan of heroaca in canon parakou... I remember hearing a "plus ultra!" in one of the videos...)
All of them are Gen Ed students (when Deku are in 1-A, they're all in 2-E).
Except Hikaru, none of them wants to be a hero when they're children.
HIkaru & Masa are also known as problem children of Gen Eds... because Masa likes to larp games like the suika game, splatoon, zelda, monhun, etc at school ground and sometimes rope other students into his larp sessions (gen ed and support dept mostly).
Hikaru is thought of as a set with Masa even though all he does is tsukkomi-ing the hell out of Masa's antics.

He can light up a little

He'll go down for an entire day after he shines in seven colors
Apparently his power can go "world-destroyer level" when Masa goes down in all shonen manga world

Not quite "world-destroyer level" but at the end of this AU Hikaru can move at the speed of light (speed reduced if he carries someone with him) and shoots out beams of light... the size of his body (as is like the end of Spring Special Story)
The deadpan snarker and the one to tsukkomi the hell out of everyone... but he has his pet cerberus from hell on dial
Looks like he doesn't give a shit but actually awkwardly kind, hates losing, and can get into Masa's antics sometimes

His Quirk Awakening in this AU is when he sees Masa "dies" in front of him
After his quirk awakening, he can run at the speed of light (slower if he carries someone) + beams out light energy. However, the drawback is still very much present. In fact, his overheating gets worse and he can get sore muscles from the running thing.
Masa is the one that can syphon Hikaru's excess heat & energy with his black hole, making Hikaru more durable and easing up the backlash on Hikaru.

Kuroi Masayoshi (red parka guy)
Power/Quirk: Black Hole [ANOMALY Emitter-type]
True Power/Quirk Name: Supergravity Celestial Body
He can turn his body into a black hole and can create black holes. He can make several black holes with different sizes and different gravitational force at the same time. He makes a mini black hole keychain for his school bag.
He also has knowledge/sensory absorption (ex. he can speak perfect English after absorbing a dictionary, taste the spice after absorbing spicy food, etc.). So what he did isn't exactly disintegration like Thirteen but absorption.
When he absorbs something, he gets the compulsion to blurt out/tweet a cringe poem (a.k.a. "absorption tax"). The heavier the object is, the longer and cringer his poem gets. So he rarely use his quirk because he thinks it's a hassle.
Because he can turn his quirk on and off easily, he mostly uses his quirk to pull objects to him or lock them in their place. He can also carry heavy things by using his black holes. He can also warp and hover (and probably fly) using the gravitational force of his black holes. None of these Uraraka's Float-like skills has "absorption tax".
Also after Hikaru can shoot light beams, Masa can absorb HIkaru's light beams and let it out again with two black holes to make infinite light beam... implying that his black hole is a storage void/endless pocket dimension and not immediate disintegration.
Confirmed when it's shown that humans can stay alive inside his black hole, but they lost all sensations + can't speak + can't move and only floats in a black void. The known exceptions for it are Masa himself and Hikaru (using his ability).
More about his absorption, he can absorb ghosts/yokai/monsters with the caveat that he also absorb their energy/negativity which can result in chest pains and nausea.
His power can swallow his surroundings in a wide scale when he's depressed and he can accidentally blip out the world in less than a blink of an eye because he's too embarrassed he wants the whole world gone...
Basically already "world-destroyer level" so more cracked than Thirteen.
In the basketball club but not good at it. However, he's unbeatable in shogi.
He's known as a friendly, kind, and pure guy who loves having fun and able to make friends with anyone regardless of gender and age.
Likes playing games (and recreating them in RL because he has no money to buy the game... but he's also the type to offer to top up your apps if you're sad you have no money left) and mainstream animanga & games.
Helpful and gullible. Will help a stranger with suspicious requests and follows a stranger into a white van because they offer him a bubble gum.
No Quirk Awakening event in this AU because his base level is already cracked.
More on Hikaru and Masa's relationship (which is the core of this AU)
In everyday life and the usual skits, Hikaru is the boke to Masa's tsukkomi. Hikaru also acts like Masa's caretaker sometimes lol
Hikaru sits in front of Masa so they usually talk with each other at school and do group works together, they go home together (by bikes or on foot) together, they study together in famires for hours, they spent time together during school breaks and long holidays, they work in the same convenience store, etc.... although they're not glued to the hips (they have their own friends, clubs, etc.) they just naturally spent a lot of time together.
Canon lore drop: "The world is in danger because of Hikaru and Masa, but it's not their fault. Their relationship is like Schrödinger's cat—ambiguous when unobserved, but once Masa decides (think of) Hikaru is a friend, the world ends. Hikaru is not allowed to be friends with Masa, but cutting ties would end the world even more." Only Hikaru knows this.
Knowing Masa will fall into depression and can't see the point of living 10 years after they grew distant when they're 20 y/o, Hikaru decided not to grow apart from Masa.
Hikaru doesn't care if alternate timelines him and Masa will be okay, he wants his current Masa to be safe and being dumb next to him. Hikaru chooses to stay by Masa’s side and protect their 'ordinary days' even if it it destabilizes the world's balance and his own existence.
This makes him power-up (thanks to him being given a power called 'mass') so now he can become pure Energy (he uses it to track Masa who's taken by evil entities to another world and jump universes to help Masa)... and risk being targeted by everyone and anyone.
Meanwhile, Masa is also protective of Hikaru (without knowing the cosmic consequences). His sacrificial power play (using himself & his friends as long as he can guarantee their safety)? To save Hikaru. Unconsciously scaring their friends because of his ruthless mindset and sharp look? Because Hikaru is in danger and he's locking in to help Hikaru.
That's why Masa is so scared of admitting that he prioritizes Hikaru more than his other friends, and hates himself for wanting to be more than just one of Hikaru's friends (special). He also thinks that Hikaru befriending him is just Hikaru being nice and kind so he feels ashamed of himself for wanting to be more. He likes Hikaru's awkward kindness and gentle warmth.
Meanwhile, Hikaru is also embarrassed of admitting that he thinks of Masa as more than just one of his friends (best friends isn't exactly the right word either) because Masa has lots of friends. He thinks that Masa asking to be his friends on the first day of high school is just Masa being friendly even though thanks to Masa being next to him he can accept himself just as he is.
Their relationship in canon is stated to be: From an ambiguous relationship to a slow relationship which is neither fate nor coincidence but the most beloved distance.
Hikaru the deadpan tsukkomi is sun-coded and Masa the cheerful boke is moon-coded (canon)
I think we can call them as "best friends" who are so thankful for the presence of the other in their life.
HIkaru calls Masa as Kuroi (family name) even though everyone calls Masa as Masa, while Masa calls Hikaru as "Hikaru". The one time Hikaru calls Masa as "Masayoshi" is when he tells Masa they're going home when he found Masa after Masa was taken by evil entities to another universe (he goes back to Kuroi because Masa doesn't remember that time clearly and he's too embarrassed to call Masa by his first name again).
