To answer yes they would both get jealous but act up in different ways. I see Sunblast being more emotionally mature than Goldheart as his time with Penumbra has made him grow. However he does get a bit more clingy and attention seeking when a fanby (or girl) gets to close to Penumbra. Sunblast does feel grateful that Penumbra has some fans and that her reputation is better.
As for Goldheart, definetly cool on the outside but schemeing on the inside. If it's a villain, they might get stuck in jail twice as long or just disapears. if it's a civillian or other hero Goldheart amp ups the charm to the point where they see just how 'perfect' Goldheart is and how 'perfect' he is for Flug and back off.
