Villainous characters as Pokémon’s!!
because I'm burnt out on my fic and watching a lot of Pokémon
GoldHeart - Pikachu
Pikachu would be perfect for Goldheart—at least so far. From what we know, he is the face of P.E.A.C.E., being the most popular and beloved figure; if I’m not mistaken, he is also the leader of the Golden Rule. That fits Pikachu well, given that he is the most beloved and popular character in the franchise and practically the "face" of the Pokémon universe.
I imagine the first design—the one in the superhero outfit—would be Pikachu. As for his second design—the one that appears in Miss Heed's book—that would be Raichu. The only question left is whether he would be a better match for the standard Raichu or its Alolan version.
Flug - Mimikyu
If Goldheart were a Pikachu, Flug would obviously be a Mimikyu—and not just because of the masks they both wear, though for different reasons. Their backstories reveal that Mimikyu disguises itself as Pikachu out of loneliness and the fear that its true appearance scares people; wanting friends, it adopts the Pikachu guise because of that Pokémon's popularity.
This also fits with the fact that Flug came from a toxic and possibly abusive family—circumstances that shaped him into the person he is today: an enemy of the state.
505 - Bewear/ Stufful
At first, I thought 505 might be a Snorlax, but honestly? Aside from the colors, they have almost nothing in common.
But then I thought about how both the Pokémon that would represent Flug (Mimikyu) and the one that would represent Goldheart (Pikachu/Alolan Raichu) are from Alola—or at least appeared in the Sun & Moon series. And just like them, Bewear appears.
And Bewear, on the other hand... Bewears are nurturing, maternal creatures; they are incredibly strong and protect their "cubs" and family, plus they work hard to make their den comfortable.
And that—that is exactly what 505 is like. I’m still not sure if he’d be a Stufful or a Bewear, since he’s still seen as Flug’s little baby. He might be a Stufful adopted by Flug; maybe he didn't grow up in a good environment It must have evolved very early on, perhaps to save Flug from some other territorial Pokémon.
so he found great comfort in Flug—his "mom"—and became really attached to him. (In fact, there’s even an official drawing where 505 draws Flug and writes "Mama" right above it.)
