Is there a name for someone who uses she/her/he/him/they/them all? Personally I use these pronouns and I'm not sure what to say when people ask what they are because I haven't discovered a name. Would it be concerned as tri-gender or something else?
Triprononinal, which means you're a user of three pronouns, but it doesn't specify which pronouns you use (because there are also one/ones, neopronouns, and it/its). If you specify exipronouns (reverse of neopronouns) you could prefix almo- (almoexipronoun, mixing almopronominal), meaning you use almost all exipronouns.

Hi anon, I think the difference is how much someone likes or cares about their pronouns.
Going by any pronouns is called pronoun apathetic, and usually means that you don't really care about your pronouns and don't care if people choose one pronouns set and use only that for you.
Going by all pronouns is called panpronomial, and usually means that you really like going by all pronouns and like when people alternate what pronouns they use for you.

Sexuality: Fixisexual
Romantic Orientation: Panromantic
Relationship Style: Ambiamorous
Definitions:
Fixigender- a fluid gender where the gender changes based on a hyperfixation
Panpronominal- the act of going by any and all pronouns
Fixisexual- a fluid sexuality where oneβs attraction changes based on a hyperfixation
Panromantic- a romantic attraction to people regardless of their gender
Ambiamorous- defined as the ability to enjoy both monoamory and polyamory with little to no preference between the two
