Gratin di carciofi e finocchi
Ingredienti
3 o 4 carciofi
1 finocchio
pane grattato
qualche cubetto di mozzarella
olio evo, sale, pepe
mentuccia essiccata o fresca
Pulire le verdure e farle bollire per 5 minuti. Una volta scolate ridurle in pezzi più piccoli e versle in una pirofila di ceramica unta d’olio.
Condire le verdure con olio, sale, pepe, menutuccia, mozzarella e mescolare; quindi spolverare la superficie con il pane grattato.
Infornare, in forno già caldo, a 180° per 20 minuti e poi passare al grill per 3-4 minuti.
Il gratin di carciofi e finocchi servito come contorno ad un polpettone di verdure.
