It's still September somewhere right @boombox-fuckboy? I'm just going to assume it is, and that I'm getting this zine in just under the clock. Wedding prep took over but I had to do at least one zine this year. So I present: Places and Actions that summon Visceral Podcast Memories, a zine.
Often these came about when I was bingeing a show for the first time, as I would listen to several episodes while doing a specific task. Sometimes it was while doing a big re-listen. All I know is that I can be in the middle of doing something, and immediately find myself back in the middle of a particular episode or what I felt while listening through several episodes of a show. They are intrinsically tied together in my memories.

Imagine, if you will: Star Trek, but they're stupid. And I'm not talking about Lower Decks stupid, I'm talking a bunch of real dumbasses. Truly incompetent idiots. That's Oz 9 baybee, it is madcap and goofy. When all the rich people escape earth, it's up to these idiots to keep them from dying. They are not good at it all.
Uncanny County, my beloved. This is a horror anthology that errs toward a kind of Twilight Zone style horror, which is to say less gore and more creepy, almost family-friendly horror. It still has scared the bejesus out of me several times. I love this one--a lot of the stories center around family specifically.
