hello doctor, my owner said I've been too overactive in the bladder and wanted me to get it fixed. I don't know what he meant but you might?
20, nb
Hmm, well there’s a multitude of ways this could be “fixed” depending on the cause of your overactive bladder. Sometimes it’s something as simple as a course of antibiotics for a UTI that is causing urgency, sometimes it’s bladder retention training where we can help your body get used to holding larger and larger amounts so you don’t find yourself running for the bathroom as often. A more drastic option would be inserting a catheter that you could either have connected to a collection bag so you never have to worry about making it to the bathroom on time, or having the catheter clamped closed until you’re supposed to relieve yourself then opening it. That is a good option if you find yourself at risk of having accidents, you still get the illusion of bladder control with a little help from the catheter.
We will know what option is best for you once you’re owner brings you in for your appointment. I’d like to preform a urinary retention study which should help us narrow down the cause of your overactive bladder.
I will warn you, this study might feel intimate or embarrassing as I will be using a catheter to fill your bladder with fluid then removing it to watch you relieve yourself into a collection dish a handful of times. We need to measure the output which I’ll compare to the amount of liquid I filled your bladder with which lets us know if you’re having trouble emptying your bladder all the way which is a common cause of urinary urgency/frequency.
See you soon!

Hi Juliet! I’m very new to this, but I find your blog incredibly hot and it inspired me to start my first ever hold today… I was wondering if you could give me a challenge or just some advice? I really love the condescending or downright mean tone some of your posts have.
I’m almost done with my third bottle of water and there’s definitely some pressure in my tummy but it’s not unbearable yet. I keep wondering how it’ll happen and what it’ll feel like when I finally let go.
<3
awww hai sweetie <3
are you still holding? you still need a challenge baby? or just any advice you can get~
you want me to be mean to you?
i’m excited for you to feel it. i hope you wet yourself. that’s what i want most of all, you know? i want you to hold it for hours. squirming, fidgeting, trying to keep your hips relaxed, your knees shoulder length apart..
i want you watching porn, or listening to running water. i want you drinking water just to have something to do. i want you feeling needy, and helpless, and feeling completely out of your mind with desperation.
you need to pee. i want your opening twitching. i want your hands covering your crotch like a pathetic little toddler doing the potty dance. that’s what you want to be, right? so unbearably wanton, you can’t even think about anything other than trying not to humiliate yourself?
i hope you cry. and most of all, i hope you know how adorable you look doing all of that just to get yourself off on your own helplessness ~
Forget hunger games, divergent, 1984, Fahrenheit 451, half-life 2, Maybe we'll not disregard handmaid's tale, but do you know what the worst dystopia is? You wanna know, huh?

Little girls like Disney Princess Pull-Ups 👸🏽
Camila always buys the Huggies Pull-Ups Plus (4T-5T) with her favorite Disney Princess designs when she shops at Costco. Whenever she goes to the bathroom, Camila has an overactive bladder and is often desperate to get to the bathroom in time. Despite the fact she's a 27-year-old popstar from the renowned pop girl group Fifth Harmony, Camila is a little girl, and adult diapers / nappies would be a bit bulky and uncomfortable for her.
The Huggies Pull-Ups Plus are exclusive to Costco, Walmart sells these as well. They come in different sizes (2T-3T, 3T-4T, 4T-5T & 5T-6T) with Costco-exclusive designs (Disney Princesses for girls and Baby Spiderman for boys). Each box has a coloring-in board inside, so Camila can color in the princesses with her Posca pens.
Camila likes to wear Pull-Ups to combat accidents from her overactive bladder. She also wears baby diapers (such as Luvs, Pampers and Huggies) at night to navigate her bedwetting journey as a grown woman. Camila occasionally wears other diapers and pull-ups, but mostly prefers the Huggies range.
Getting meds for my overactive bladder has made it *super clear* just how little I was drinking.
Now that I don't have to pee every five minutes I'm just over here like. The fuck do you mean I was only drinking a single cup of water with meals and meds? And that was it?
I think I know where a lot of my dehydration problems were coming from now.
