Javier Fernández y Pablo Granda, OTEA. Entrevista
El pasado 1 de febrero nos dirigimos Estíbaliz Urquiola, redactora de la revista La Sidra, y un servidor, fotógrafo del mismo medio, a entrevistar a dos miembros de OTEA (Asociación de Hostelería y Turismo en Asturias): Francisco Javier Fernández Díaz, vocal de la asociación, y Pablo Granda del Fresno, responsable de calidad. La entrevista se desarrolló, como siempre, en un ambiente familiar y distendido, en la Sidrería La Pomar de La Felguera. Allí se habló de hostelería, de establecimientos hosteleros dedicados a la sidra, de calidad, de formación y, sobretodo, de sidra. Esta es una muestra de mi trabajo esa mañana fría y lluviosa tan típica (cada vez menos) por nuestras tierras, en la que los culines entraban solos, aunque estuvieron muy bien acompañados de una buena tapa de cecina y otra de queso, y precedidos de un más que necesario café bien calentito.

Shimura Tae • Otae enjoys going out for ice cream with her s/o and walking around looking at all the shops. She also likes spoiling them and buying them things if she has the money to spare • She really likes just sitting down with a cup of tea and talking with them, it's probably one of, if not her favorite thing to do. On days when the weather is nice she prefers to sit outside Kagura • Kagura isn't really picky when it comes to spending time with her s/o. She's happy with pretty much anything they do together • She likes sitting around cuddling and watching a t.v. show or movie the most. Bonus points if they bring a lot of snacks • I think she would also like to go the amusement park and visiting various ramen bars Tsukuyo • She loves coffee dates. It doesn't matter if you go to a cafe or make your own at home. Something about sitting down with her favorite coffee or tea and maybe some sweets while enjoying the company of her s/o warms her heart • I think something she would be hesitant about at first, but would eventually come to like would be teaching her s/o how to fight and use kuni. She would only do it if they asked her to and wouldn't even consider bringing it up herself. Tsukki would be nervous about it at first because she wouldn't want them to get hurt, but she finds it to be a good learning experience plus she gets to show off a bit
