This ask makes me wanna laugh because sometimes I follow people for one thing and then I see more and more fandoms I enjoy too being reblog/posted and I'm!!! Such a mood.

Honestly, people can probably guess more or less what I'm currently watching or reading, based purely on what's being more heavily binged-reblogged as I look through the tag while watching/reading. Tho often these are passing fandoms where I'm reblogging and thinking about it for a few weeks before moving on, mostly reblogging in the future when something crosses my dash or I get a sudden burst of interest again and look through the tags.
Although Gintama isn't one of those, I genuinely love this animanga so much (And need to finish it too, even if I forgot where I stopped reading orz). It took me years before finally giving it a shot, and I was not ready for just how good it was (and how some of these scenes would make me feel), but also because it wasn't at all what I expected?? I adore Gintoki with such passion, love his relationships with the people he cares about and the way he shows his care. He's giving "I could and will die for these guys, but good luck getting through me first anyway".
I just don't post about it a lot lol
Went to a con last weekend, and the first 2 episodes of the new 3-Z Ginpachi Sensei anime were being screened, and that was on my "Must not miss out on for any reason" screenings list lol. I could let go of titles that I had added to my schedule more in a "yeah sure, this seems fun", but not Gintama; I wanted to watch that for sure <3
I even bought the Shinsengumi bomber jacket by Bibisama (ngl I prefer the Yorozuya, both in manga and as the design for the jackets, but I don't trust myself wearing white lol </3, but I also loved the Shinsengumi one, lowkey fits a bit better my nonexistent fashion style). Remembered seeing them being sold at last year's con too and lowkey regretted not buying one, so I got it this time <3
So yeah, I don't post much about Gintama and don't look too much at the tags (used to have the hijigin tag followed, but took it out when I needed more space for other tags since it wasn't very active, not filled with what interested me or had a lot of ginhiji), but it is one of the anime and manga I love <3
