Osdd-1 covers all forms of disordered plurality that dont fit into the criteria of DID (including pdid if ur in america), so the community only came up with osdd-1a for lack of distinct alters + amnesia and osdd-1b for distinct alters + lack of amnesia, why did no one think of osdd-1c for lack of distinct alters AND lack of amnesia barriers??

Since osdd-1a and osdd-1b are community terms, i propose osdd-1c for american p-did systems that got diagnosed with osdd-1 (can be used interchangeably like polyfragmented and cdid) and then osdd-1d for systems with little to no amnesia (or usually grayouts) and have mostly fragment alters or alters are all versions of the host, kinda like median systemhood
