Taking sides...
It's problematic that, whenever something happens, people take a side. We don't see the problem as a whole.
On the one side is someone saying " you want to hurt me, you did bad, you're evil". And on the other side- is someone saying " you want to hurt me, you did bad, you're evil."
Who is now right? And who is worth more?
Well, nobody and everybody. Because you and i are not different in any way. Would people see a situation as a whole, problems would be solved.
Why do people attack? Why does it comes to wars and violence? Because people feel threatened. It doesn't matter if the threat is real or just fantasy, fabricated by politics, media ect. As a human being, it's natural to sense danger and to react to it- that's how we as a species survived for so long. People don't attack because they are "evil" or bored or whatsoever, but because of self protection.
Religions fight because every one of them feels in danger to be eliminated by the other.
Protesters yelling "stop police brutality" only see a victim and its family- but don't see the person on the other side- in this case the police officer- who is facing dangerous situations and doesn't want his/her own children to stay without a father/mother.
"Think of the children" they say. But whose children?
"Human rights" they yell. But who is not a human?
"Fight the oppressor". But who is the oppressor? Because would we dig deep enough, we would figure out that the once listed as the "oppressed" can also be found on the oppressor list. Or do you think your people didn't contributed to the world we know now?
Taking sides only means that you continue the fight and hate. The other side is gonna feel even more threatened- and violence and hate will never end.

For those who now consider Itailian-Americans "white"--understand it wasn't always so. The largest mass lynching in U.S. history took place in New Orleans in 1891 and it wasn't African-Americans who were lynched, as many of us might assume. It was Italian-Americans. . After nine Italians were tried and found not guilty of murdering New Orleans Police Chief David Hennessy, a mob dragged them from the jail, along with two other Italians being held on unrelated charges, and lynched them all. The lynchings were followed by mass arrests of Italian immigrants throughout New Orleans, and waves of attacks against Italians nationwide. What was the reaction of our country's leaders to these lynchings? Teddy Roosevelt, not yet president, famously said it was "a rather good thing." The response in The New York Times on March 16, 1891 referred to the victims of the lynchings as "... sneaking and cowardly Sicilians, the descendants of bandits and assassins." An editorial the next day argued that: "Lynch law was the only course open to the people of New Orleans. ..." John Parker, who helped organize the lynch mob, later went on to be governor of Louisiana. In 1911, he said of Italians that they were "just a little worse than the Negro, being if anything filthier in [their] habits, lawless, and treacherous.”

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET WHERE YOU COME FROM OR YOUR PEOPLES STRUGGLES. We cannot forget our fights against racism and cannot turn against the fight now. Now is time more than ever to remember our roots and support those who suffer far worse than we have in a time when we have the protection of our skin color and others are murdered for theirs.

AYUSH, POWERFUL WOMAN DON’T COVER THEIR HEADS! Someone messaged me yesterday and said to me that I was portraying an oppressed image of women by showing them with their heads covered. I disagree. Covering one's head is not a sign of oppression, in my eyes it looks extremely beautiful. Some people are very modest about their bodies and like to cover themselves up as a matter of personal choice and beliefs, that does not make them backward or oppressed it's only a way of dressing that expresses them in way they feel appropriate. You can choose to cover up as much or as little as you like without having to prove anything. If you see oppression in my images you need to reconsider your metal health as they are nothing but beautiful. Modesty does not equate to oppression, cultural representation and deep rooted affinity to one's roots does not make you backward. One does not need to wear sleeveless blouses and show their arms and waist to prove they are modern. Powerful people portray beauty, confidence, self- belief by their actions not by not covering their heads. So Mrs. Powerful Woman , you need have a good look at yourself in the mirror and re-consider the true meaning of being powerful! #ayushkejriwal #designerayushkejriwal #saree#opressed #powerfulwoman #sari #handpainted #kalamkari #silk #handmade #madeinindia #bollywoodfashion #statementpieces #artistic

Sexism
I hate when people say “All these girls are bad but you’re the best” or “You’re not like other girls” like wtf?? Are girls some kind of witches that lure you into loving them and then poison you and steal your money? If you can’t control yourself from falling in love then it’s not our problem. But we get the blame cuz of course, consent is non existent right? Why is being a female considered a crime? And if you like some girl, how is she not like other girls? All of us are humans and we may be good or bad. Something that upsets me even more is how every other girl says “I’m not like other girls”. Again wtf?? Male domination has fucked up the world real bad.
