Petite Meatballs
Perfect for appetizers served with a dipping sauce.
1lb ground beef
1lb sweet Italian sausage
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, make meatballs. Brown all sides in a nonstick pan on medium heat, oil not necessary. Once browned, bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. Tip #14 after you have combined all ingredients, make one meatball first to taste test the seasoning; add additional ingredients if desired.
