Ingredients: 4 ears of fresh corn, husked. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a spicy marinade. Brush the corn generously with the spicy marinade, ensuring even coverage. Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has a nice char.
