A recipe adapted from Chef Aly, whose great delicious recipes are a delight to make! Just a few ingredients to make this delicious confitt and poured over Labneh, drizzled with Olive oil. Tomatoes,Pearl onions/shallots,(red & green) peppers, garlic, Fresh thyme, Cayenne pepper powder,(coarse) salt to taste. I added some fresh dill too for an added taste. All of these vegetables tossed with Olive oil🏺sprinkled with cayenne pepper powder, baked at 350°F for 40 minutes. Once cooled to room temperature pour over Labneh. Enjoy with breads,as a side or an Entrée . A very refreshing dish, easy to make in minutes.
