6. Do you have a certain kind of ship you’re more attracted to?

Mmm that’s hard to really define. I guess I like pairings where there’s equality between them. “Power couple” is a good example of a dynamic I like, but also things where there’s a healthy give and take. So maybe one char is stronger physically but the other is stronger intellectually/emotionally and they support each other with those skills, help the other grow, protect each other, etc. I really hate the “damsel in distress” trope, so not one incapable char always needing to be rescued. Let’s take turns rescuing one another lol.

I also love any opportunity for mutual pining before the pair gets together, because I just loooove reading pining inner monologues but hate the idea of it being one sided. So after their dumb asses spend a few years in love but not together something happenes and one of them confesses and boom! Happy ending.

11. What makes a great ship in your own opinion?

Aside from the equality dynamic I mentioned above, I really like seeing two characters who might not seem like they’d get along on the surface—maybe because of choices they made—but when you look at their base personalities, you can see how they might fit. It’s mostly because after a while the canon gets boring, so it’s interesting to take the characters and put them in a new situation where things would turn out differently. Then you have this opportunity to see the characters grow in different ways than canon.

I’m not sure if I answered that question correctly lol. Umm, I guess in terms of description about the pairing itself I like: char A has something char B doesn’t but needs, and vice versa; A and B are always there for each other; the “if anything ever happened to [character] I’d kill everyone and then myself” attitude; complementary or opposite personality types; the feeling that once they’re together not even the worst things can keep them apart for long; basically, ride or die lol!

22. Do you have any ships that you ship, but would never want to see as canon?

Tbh I don’t care much about canon or not canon, it’s meaningless to me lol. There are some ships that I can’t see happening in the canon universe, I suppose (but some of them are NOTPs lol).

In terms of things I ship that shouldn’t happen in canon, I’m gonna go for: MadaSaku, KakaSaku (because even if they get together in the canon universe, it would take more story for them to get there. I wouldn’t have wanted them to end up together right after the 4th war), MadaKaka, ShisuSaku (he’s dead guys the canon isn’t bringing him back so I guess I can’t ship a dead man with ma gyal), SasuSaku (im not like, a diehard fan of this ship but I do like it, just not in canon). The rest of my ships could work, I think. But whether they are canon or not doesn’t affect my love for these ships. This isn’t including my poly ships because they’re usually a combo of these pairings, and if these don’t work then the poly wouldn’t either (aka MadaKakaSaku and KakaShisuSaku. I can actually see KakaShisu happening, but I’m not sure what Shisui’s canon age is so maybe not? Assuming he’s only a couple years younger than Kakashi I think it’d be a good ship).

 8) Where do you take your inspiration from?

 I usually take my inspiration from other fiction (movies, tv, books, other people’s fanfiction etc.) or real-life events and mix those together. At times even conversation between my friends and I can spark my inspiration.

 I think I should also mention the fact I RP lot of, so when I’m trying to come up with a new twist for it or just generally think its events, it can inspire me to do something artistic.

 11) Have you ever amended a story due to criticisms you’ve received after posting it?

 I’ve, actually several times. The lesser criticisms have been about my grammatical errors. I’ve no problem to fix any grammatical errors as long as the reviewer tells me which points, I should fix and how. Otherwise, I unfortunately can’t.

 But all those grammatical fixings aside, there has only been one story that received quite harsh criticism. The reviewer pointed a valid plot point hole, but after I discussed them about it, it turned more and less into nitpicking about my story as a whole. I fixed as best as I could that story, but I must admit even to this day, I can’t view that story without feeling the feeling of ‘I messed up this badly’.

 28) What is something you wished you’d known before you started posting fanfiction?

 How to properly rate things, because at times I tend to overrate my fics and at times underrate those.

 Also, in AO3, how I’m supposed to tag? How many tags is too much and what is too little?

 How to make interesting summary? (Like seriously.)

 Answering reviews in your next chapter’s author note isn’t as cool as one might think it’s.

 Apparently if you want to post something in AO3, be sure to post it right to way or your story won’t appear at the top. From some reason if you save your story and then decide to post it later on, AO3 will still considered your story was posted several days ago even if you actually post it today.

 ⭐️ -how do you get your inspiration?

By reading, watching TV/anime, listening to music, browsing internet and at times real life events or conversations with my friends/loved ones can spark my inspiration! Not to mention I’ve very good imagination, so at times random thoughts might pop into my head that can lead into some sort of inspiration that will sparkle something artistic in me.

 💊 -what is something that you wish you knew before you started writing?

There is probably lot of things that I could mention, but the one that comes to my mind right to way is that ‘you can’t please everybody’. As cliché as that sounds, it’s true. There will always be something that someone won’t like, no matter how talented you would be or how well you would had written whatever you would had written. Not to mention some people can just be cruel, but should you take it into your heart? No. Just ignore all nasty reviews and such, but if the feedback has honestly some good tips, step back and consider it few days. It might turn out to be a very good or precious tip.
