AW HELL YEAH. Any excuse to talk about my lady~

favorite thing about them Sciel is just a wonderfully well rounded character. She's funny (even unintentionally), she's caring and kind, she's supportive but all the while still has her flaws. She is a character that feels so wonderfully human in so many different ways. I love that she's able to make the best out of pretty much any situation even when it feels like there is no 'best' to be made. She's just perfect and I love her so much.

least favorite thing about them I don't really know if I have a least favorite thing. But if I had to choose one (and this is really a cop out tbh) I wish she would let herself be a little more...rash in a way? She's almost too calm and put together. She has her scant few moments of realness but I want MORE of that. More raw and unfiltered Sciel.

brOTP Is it cheap if I say her and Esquie? I just love their history together even if she doesn't fully remember it. It's very special to me.

OTP VERSCIEL!!!!!!!!!!! VERSCIEL UNTIL THE DAY I DIE!!!!!!!!!!! I have so much I can say about them here but I will contain myself. I really feel, from the bottom of my cold, dead heart, that given the chance they could have been so good for each other. They could have really healed something in one another and every day I shake my fist at Sandfall and curse them for taking that away from me (but also I love the doomed aspect of their relationship, so I'm not too upset) There is something so bittersweet in the fact that no matter which ending you choose, no matter what choices you make, things will always end the same for them. SIGH. I love the way they hurt me so much.

nOTP Not necessarily a notp but, I don't think her and Gustave would have been a good match. And obv her and Maelle............because no.

random headcanon She can't whistle. She has tried to do it several times, in several different ways, and it just never works.

unpopular opinion I do think it was a disservice to her character to have her circle back around to her husband coming back near the end of the game and kind of negated all of the growth and acceptance she had been painted with (eheheh) through the earlier portion of the game.

2. What are some headcanons/characterizations you dislike?

Oo that's a tough one. Even though this is impossible to avoid, I can't say I LOVE how Carlos is often written as Joe's rebound/replacement for Rikiishi 😭 I don't hate it ofc, but I feel like Carlos, as a character, deserves to stand on his own and not have the constant Rikiishi comparisons, even though Rikiishi is my all time fave. Carlos was such a lovely man and deserves everything

Many were jealous when I was selected to be the royal scientist. I cut myself off from most of my former classmates after I got this position, so I'm not sure precisely how many there are, though I doubt the numbers dwindled as my influence grew.

Ough honestly idk because between my two WIPs there's a lot of great contenders

I love the twins' arcs because they're sort of opposite mirror arcs before in part II they become parallels!

And Cronan's arc is definitely one of my favorites!
