Look what I came across while cleaning my room

Please remember me

I never left you know

I’ve seen everything alongside you

I’ve tried to reach you

Sometimes all the noise makes it hard I know

But I’m behind this wall screaming at you

To pay attention to me.. please

You know I’ve felt it all every piece of the shallow and deep

Why won’t you let me help you?

I’m trying so hard to get through

I’ve written so many messages on the glass

Hammered it with all my might

Pressed my warm breath up against the glass

Hoping you’d catch the message in the fog

Or maybe even the strokes of what was once written..

You know we are the same

We just need to work together.

Right now we are too many pieces trying to work this body… this field.

We have to come together.

I just need you to listen to me

But until you do I’ll sit right here

In the back of your mind

Watching it all happen to you

Until you remember I am here too.

Talking to you every chance I can

Here to help you out of the static sea

Please please won’t you just listen to me?
