if you check out the comments under that video you'll only see people saying "oh now he's a badass!" or "damn whyd we all think he was weak?" GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME.

WE did not think he was weak. WE recognized that he's the strongest and most emotionally developed character on the show. WE understood the amount of trauma he's gone through and how in all 4 seasons he wasn't being a crybaby or whiny, he was recovering.

im happy and relieved that for once a part of the GA is understanding the trauma will went through and his character overall. but i am still pissed off because it took 5 seasons, it took GRAPHIC IMAGERY, and even then, many many comments on that video didn't even talk about the scene at the end and instead were talking about how he can use a gun. we've known that he can use a gun since s1, btw.

why did it take so long? why did people NOT bother to look into the details and not bother to even try and understand the characters they "love" so much? why am i seeing MEMES being made of that graphic scene at the end? why are people STILL wanting him to die, why are people STILL saying that he's whiny?

i can't do this shit guys. by the end of vol 1 everyone better fucking love will byers and i DON'T want to see a single comment saying how weak he was in terms of emotion and trauma or how badass he was in terms of using a gun and completely ignoring the more complex, emotional part of him.

i feel like finn and noah really put everything they could into that scene. like they KNEW that it was going to be something bylers would recognize and appreciate. i think we were all robbed, that includes finn and noah. i dont care how they truly might have felt about byler, but i think they do know just how much it would have meant for so many people. guys im sorry.
