TimeKeeper Cookie zoomed through the constant shifting and reforming of the different timelines on her scissors, humming a tune as she did. Though the tune stopped when she caught sight of something interesting. Two creatures outside of time. “How peculiar!” TimeKeeper said to herself as she flew over. Getting closer, she was curious as to why they hadn’t moved or acknowledged her. Circling the two, she examined this strange pair. Noting the chains and locks, she turned her gaze to the smaller cookie. “Sealing something outside of time, huh?” She asked as she leaned down, not expecting a response. “Can’t say I have seen that before. Time hopping, time destroying, a few littering cases here and there. But never a banishment, very interesting.” She leans back as she glances at the monster before her, giving a small whistle at the sight. “This fella has got to be pretty strong for you to do all of this, huh? Don’t worry, we’ll have this all sorted out.” Taking hold of her scissors, she cut open a rift. Once she got back to headquarters, she’d send a team to help wrangle this beast. A loud cry cut her plan short, though. 

The beast, once unmoving, now thrashed and pulled against it’s bindings once more. No doubt stirred by the power of a rift opening. “My oh my!” TimeKeeper cookie said as she moved out of the way of one of the swinging claws. “Excited to see something new huh? I know the feeling.” 

The monster only roared in response as it writhed, desperately moving to the nearby rift. “Ah ah ah, sorry but that rift is for me only.” TimeKeeper moved to dart into the portal but was stopped when something grabbed her scissors. Looking behind herself she saw the monster with its claws in the handles of her blades. TimeKeeper held on with all her strength as the monster waved her scissors about. After a few quick shakes she looked around to get her bearings.

Her eyes widened when her gaze landed on the blades of her scissors; pushing heavily against the chains that bound the beast. She had to look away due to how bright the points of contact glowed. She could hear the chains straining against her scissors, even wrapping under the pressure. ‘I need to find a way to stop it or it might-’ Suddenly she was freefloating within the spaces between time. The monster had succeeded in its plan. Now no longer needing the scissors it tossed them to the side, instead diving into the still open rift. The scissors bumping against the core timeline.

TimeKeeper was quick to act, grabbing her scissors and going after the beast, accidentally forgetting the cookie now adrift. The still sleeping cookie drifted closer to the timeline, and the small rift left behind by the monster's actions.

The crown felt foreign on top of PureVanilla Cookie’s head. The title of king felt heavy on his tongue. He was glad this was simply for the ceremony; he doubted he could wield such a title as grand as king like his friend DarkCacao or GoldenCheese. Once the ceremony was over, PureVanilla walked to his balcony that gazed over his kingdom. The purple, orange, and gold blended beautifully. A wonderful sight for the ending of this chapter of his life.

As the sky shifted to a deep blue and the stars began to show PureVanilla believed it was time to retire to bed, but something caught his eye. Something he could only describe as a tear in the fabric of reality itself appeared in the distance. When he saw something come through that tear he threw the idea of resting to the wayside, already making his way to the main doors.
